We're not going to lie to each other, this mod is downright badass, just the control head, from the top of the top-cap to the adjustment ring, measures 68mm.

With its almost 15cm long and 25mm in diameter you can really feel the object in your hand! Question finish, it's perfect! The removable parts are well machined and the metallic decoration, dotted with microphone-style holes, is very original. The battery in the photo is 18650… ..caramba!

The material chosen, stainless steel, adds strength to these “graphic” and functional characteristics. The V / W adjustment ring is notched in selected positions. The firing button is fitted with an LED and a function acquisition screen such as telephone or PC keypad. It supports any type of 18650 battery (from 5 A mini) and the bottom cap is equipped with a spring-mounted pin. A degassing vent is present even though the decoration along the battery allows this function.

The top-cap (copper) pin is also spring-loaded, allowing direct flush mounting. The diameters of the tops-caps are 22 mm, 2 possible connection types 510 and EGO.

No control screen, everything is done at the switch and the power or voltage adjustment is provided by a notched rotary ring with 5 positions:

• 1er position: 3.6 V / 6.0 W
• 2th position: 4.0 V / 8.0 W
• 3th position: 4.4 V / 10.0 W
• 4th position: 4.8 V / 12.0 W
• 5th position: 6.0 V / 15.0 W

AMaximum output speed: 5 A. SIf the resistance value is below 1,2 ohm, the system shuts down. When installing the battery, the mod is functional (blinking led) otherwise you have reversed the polarities, there no signal led to the switch. To turn off or on the system press 5 once the switch, the led flashes 3 times. To swap the volts or the watts, press the button 3 times, the switch led turns blue (for watts) or white (for volts). Beyond 10 seconds of continuous vape, the white LED flashes 5 times and the system is shut off to avoid overheating. When the battery reaches 3,3V, the white LED flashes 15 times, indicating that it is time to recharge it. Everything is functional after checks, I had to mount a 1,2 ohm ato to be able to vape!

The cardboard box contains an anti-shock foam which preserves the mod during its wanderings from China to your home. The second top-cap and the manual are included in the package. A dehumidifier bag located in a space under the foam helps to preserve the electronics. The packaging without being very elaborate is all that is correct, the manufacturer's instructions and contact details are included, as well as a product authentication label.

More seriously, this mod will suit a man much better than a woman. Topped with a Mega-Aerotank or a 26mm ato, it can last the day without a problem with just one battery. If it is outside the norms visually, it is on the other hand limited in terms of possibilities of vape. We of course forget the power-vaping as well as the ULR assemblies, but we can vape in moderate configurations from 1,2 ohm and up to 2,5 ohms, which still leaves room in terms of atomizers.

The regulation offers a smooth vape and the internal electronic system is not greedy in energy, a good point as for the possible autonomy according to the quality of the batteries used. The manufacturer recommends removing the battery in the event of prolonged non-use. To clean the copper part and the top-cap, do not use water, prefer paper towel and polish the pine with a very fine abrasive. I did not manage to separate the control head from the rest of the tube, this should not be possible or expected.

The evolution of the material that has raged for the last 18 months relegates this mod to the rank of a sluggish mega bouzin! Certainly its visual aspect is neat just like its design, but it corresponds to a vape from another time. A resistance limit of 1,2 ohm for a maximum power of 15W make it the subject of a “cushy” vape that will not suit everyone. This established, it remains a good solid mod and well thought out.
