Comments on the packaging

Today we are going to close the chapter of the Solana Glow range, with the sixth and final liquid from this range: Classic Blond. We can only recommend this panel of fresh fruity aromas, and this tobacco, congratulating this manufacturer in advance.

For this liquid, we are told: a blond tobacco from as yet unexplored lands. We just ask that, will there be a little surprise in this liquid?

The packaging shows us a TV, let's go on the history of this dear television:

In March 1925, at the Royal Institution in London, the Scotsman John Logie Baird (1888-1946) made the first public demonstration of a television system allowing the remote transmission of moving images with a definition of 30 lines.

On April 26, 1935, under the leadership of Georges Mandel, then Minister of Posts, Telegraphs and Telephones, the first official French television broadcast was broadcast from the Ministry of PTT, located rue de Grenelle, in Paris. The image, in black and white, uses a process developed by Henri de France.

1954: Télé Match is the first game show, presented by Pierre Bellemare. The 1960s were the years of the great television boom. It widely penetrates French homes. Favorable to a policy of national independence, Charles de Gaulle supported the SECAM process. In 1961, the first experimental color transmitter was put into service.

Classic Blond will come to you in a 75 ml bottle with 50 ml of liquid, so you can nicotine it in 3 or 6 mg/ml with one or two boosters. Its PG/VG rate will be 50/50 and its price will be around 19.00 €.

Comments on the packaging

This time, it's a TV that will proudly sit on the label, ogled by eyes that certainly escape from the head of an alien, or other extraterrestrial. Well, on the screen of this TV, we find the famous cosmic whirlwind, which is as much reminiscent of a momentary loss of image as of a tasty allusion.

Then this emblematic “flashy” seventies neon resurfaces, or Classic Blond appears, attracting the eye (ours or that of the bottle?), leaving room for the imagination.

We will recall for the sixth time the work accomplished by the designers who knew how to combine retro and futuristic style, in a comic book atmosphere. 5/5.

Comments on the taste of the juice

To approach this Classic Blond, I already imagined traveling the plains of Virginia on the back of a purebred steed, Stetson on my head and spurred boots on my feet.

We had to face the facts, having only four chickens and a cat, a Panama hat and old rubber shoes for gardening, it was better to abandon the idea, at the risk of provoking laughter from my neighbors or of my offspring or even end up, at best, dressed in a straitjacket.

This Classic Blond, are we talking about it?

At first glance, I can already tell you that this liquid is more complex than it appears, without being in the least pejorative.

It is indeed a blond tobacco which arrives at the start of the vape, I would say that it is a Virginie, sweet and a little dry. But where the manufacturer put his two cents is by adding, or enhancing, the lemon note. And yes, these are aromas that can be found on this Virginia tobacco.

So naturally, it is not as marked of course, but this citrus note, round, moderate and sweet, gives body to the tobacco and gives it little spicy touches, to finish at the end of the vape with a sensation very pleasant in the mouth.

A Blond tobacco, enhanced by perfectly controlled lemon notes, a perfect balance between the two ingredients, the Solana flavorists definitely have more than one trick up their sleeve and the result is stunning!

Tasting recommendations

  • Recommended power for optimal taste: 25 W
  • Type of vapor obtained at this power: Dense
  • Hit type obtained at this power: Medium
  • Atomizer used for the review: Aspire Nautilus 3²²
  • Value of the resistance of the atomizer in question: 0.30 Ω
  • Materials used with the atomizer: Cotton, Mesh

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

A power of 25 W, on Aspire Nautilus 3 was enough to obtain a good rendering of flavors on this Classic Blond. With this setting, the lemon notes did not encroach on the Virginie and I was able to appreciate the tobacco as much as the citrus.

Going up the towers a little, it is clear that the lemon takes precedence over the tobacco, so it will be your choice.

This liquid, being 50/50 PG/VG, will be suitable for most materials ranging from MTL to DL.

For the tasting, we might as well tell you that it’s “open bar”! This liquid can be vaped all day long with or without coffee, as an aperitif or as a digeo, we never get tired of it.

Recommended Moments

  • Recommended times of the day: Morning, Morning - coffee breakfast, Morning - chocolate breakfast, Morning - tea breakfast, Aperitif, Lunch / dinner, End of lunch / dinner with a coffee, End of lunch / dinner with a digestif, All afternoon during everyone's activities, Early evening to relax with a drink, Late evening with or without herbal tea, Night for insomniacs
  • Can this juice be recommended as an all-day vape: Yes

Overall average (excluding packaging) of the Vapelier for this juice: 4.59 / 5 4.6 5 out of stars

My mood ticket on this juice

For this sixth and final opus of the Glow range, Solana has not gone into detail.

By concocting a Classic Blond with cleverly distilled citrus notes, the Pas-de-Calais manufacturer proves once again that he has the art and way of working with complex and unusual recipes.

This liquid will be perfect for both beginners and more experienced users.

A magnificently structured balance, for an extraordinary liquid, allows Classic Blond to win a Top Vapelier with the congratulations of the jury, made up of myself, but you will get there, I promise! On this occasion, Solana completes this Glow range, grabbing as many Top Juices as possible. Well done !
