Comments on the packaging

You don't change a winning team and after having exhausted, literally and figuratively, all the gourmets in the catalog 😋, we are tackling the second breast of the Basque liquidator Mixup Labs, the one concerning the many fruity ones available.

It is therefore with a lot of passion and to keep the banana that we are going to begin the analysis of the Fruitiz range with a Banana Passion for the occasion. The writing being on vacation, I allow myself this pun knowing that no one will come to touch it! (editor's note: missed again, we're watching you... 😈).

This liquid is offered to us in a 70 ml bottle carrying 50 ml of overdosed aroma. You will therefore have plenty of time to add either 10 or 20 ml of nicotine boosters and/or neutral base. You can thus easily oscillate between 60 and 70 ml of ready to vape, dosed between 0 and 6 mg/ml, with all the possibilities in between.

The exotic potion is based on a balanced base of 50/50 PG/VG. This has the particularity of being totally of vegetable origin. No petrochemicals here, only natural. Vegetable Propylene Glycol is an excellent alternative for those intolerant to “classic” PG and fulfills the same role in defining flavors and the hit, with probably less attack in the throat.

The liquid tested is available at 19.90 €, a median price in the category. There is also a 10 ml version for 5.90 € and in five nicotine dosages all the same: 0, 3, 6, 12 and 16 mg/ml. There will therefore be something for all needs, HERE.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

We have already said it many times, Mixup Labs is a serious manufacturer. It is therefore not unusual to note that the brand's concerns are reflected on the bottle in terms of safety. It is beyond reproach.

Comments on the packaging

The design of the label is in the same spirit of clarity.

We therefore have a well-made drawing presenting the aromas of the liquid with a color code that allows easy recognition and the name of the range and the product highlighted.

Undoubtedly more “standard” than the usual visuals of the Chubbiz or Drip Maniac ranges, this one does not demerit and is quite operational as it is.

Sensory appreciations

  • Is the color and the name of the product in agreement? Yes
  • Do the smell and the name of the product agree? Yes
  • Definition of odor: Fruity
  • Definition of taste: Fruit
  • Are the taste and the name of the product in agreement? Yes
  • Did I like this juice? No

Comments on the taste of the juice

The key concepts that prevailed at the origin of Banane Passion are aromatic precision and realism.

We quickly recognize the passion fruit which takes pole position in the mouth. Rather yellow than red, this one tends to be tangy and rather crunchy, thus moving away from the usual sweet interpretations.

Quickly, it intertwines tightly with a very fair banana. we had already been able to glimpse this aroma in a gourmet liquid from the Drip Maniac range. We find it as it is here but devoid of gourmet artifices. It emulates a realistic banana that complements the aggressiveness of passion with a very natural sweetness.

In both cases, there is great wisdom in the sweet effects. We are really on a very raw fruity cocktail, as one could obtain it by crunching pieces of the featured fruit.

This asceticism is interesting on the palate and is adorned with a fairly round and full texture.

It will therefore be necessary to like fruits as they are to appreciate this liquid and especially to like the complementarity between banana and passion fruit, which will not be easy for everyone.

On a completely personal note, if I appreciate the concept 100%, I am less enthusiastic about the combination which, of course, offers a welcome exoticism but seems to me dedicated only to lovers of passion fruit and bananas. Fortunately, there are plenty of them!

A light fresh veil closes the tasting.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

Banana Passion will find its audience among fans of both fruits and will accompany their day without any problem.

To spice it up a bit for those who find it too wise, a fresh lemonade will do just fine as a complement.

With a rather fluid viscosity, it will adapt to all existing atomizers, its aromatic power will make it compatible with all types of draw, from the tightest to the most airy.

Recommended Moments

  • Recommended times of the day: Morning, Morning - tea breakfast, End of lunch / dinner with a digestif, All afternoon during everyone's activities
  • Can this juice be recommended as an all-day vape: Yes

Overall average (excluding packaging) of the Vapelier for this juice: 4.17 / 5 4.2 5 out of stars

My mood ticket on this juice

It is therefore a good e-liquid to open this Fruitiz range. It is objectively successful and realistic, thus setting the tone for a collection more focused on naturalness than glitter. And that's a great point.

The counterpart will be that it will be intended exclusively for lovers of the two fruits. Is it a bad thing? I do not believe that.
