In the “Fruitiz” range of Mixup Labs, I would like the “Strawberry Grapefruit”? Pickaxe!
Finally, dig in, not so deeply since this new duo seems to be well born and made to integrate into this range which has decided to make us love fruits, the real ones, with real aromatic precision and an interesting search for realism. .
So we have a seasonal marriage between the sweet and vigorous strawberry and the grapefruit that some hate to love and others love to hate!
Up to this point, the range appears solid and faithful to its concept. Will this be the case for this new reference? We will try to verify it.
For the moment, no surprise, the liquid is presented to us in a 70 ml bottle carrying 50 ml of overdosed aroma for 19.90 €, median price in the category. You will therefore have every opportunity to add 10 or 20 ml of nicotine base or not or even a mix of the two to navigate between 60 and 70 ml of ready-made liquid between 0 and 6 mg / ml of nicotine.
No 10 ml version in the catalog for this product for the moment. It is therefore de facto aimed at vapers who have already started their withdrawal.

No upheaval here either. It is the classic wardrobe of the range that is declined.
We therefore find the two protagonists present in the potion on the label which stand out against a blue background which is certainly charming but which does not correlate well with the aromas present. Well, we say it's normal. In the Basque Country, strawberries and grapefruit are blue, and that's it!
The drawing is very well done, the finish impeccable and the information is clear. A simple, sober and effective packaging.

Comments on the taste of the juice
After having vaped for three days on the Strawberry Grapefruit, I gave birth to a difficult dilemma.
What I am sure of is that the liquid is good, that it is fruity, very pleasant to vape, full in taste and endowed with good aromatic power. So it ticks all the boxes of a well-made and effective liquid.
On the contrary, and I'm also certain of it, it evokes neither strawberries nor grapefruit. Tested on three different atomizers with various draws, the taste is more like a sweet black grape with a slightly bitter finish.
Sometimes, in the elaboration of a liquid, a new taste is created by combining several aromas. A unique, particular taste that is unlike anything described or used in the recipe. This seems to me to be the case with our candidate of the day.
It lacks the definition, the aromatic precision of the other duos in the range. The red fruit is diluted in the citrus at an atomic level and the mutation, if it is interesting in the result in the mouth, de facto escapes any attempt at analysis. It lacks the acidity of grapefruit, its frank bitterness and the presence of strawberry.
It is nevertheless good but very destabilizing. So, I can say that I liked the juice and it's true. But I can say that its name does not correspond to the taste in the mouth, which is also true.

You will probably prefer it in MTL or RDL, in order to preserve the nuances.

What is most annoying with Strawberry Grapefruit is not its taste which is convincing and tasty. It is its belonging to a range which, until now, has demonstrated its penchant for the naturalness and precision of the aromas of each duo. It is unfortunately far from this concern for veracity.
He therefore contrasts with the rest of the brotherhood on this point. However, it is intriguing enough to test it, you might be pleasantly surprised!
