After a promising Banana Passion, we are therefore continuing to explore the Fruitiz range from the Mixup Labs liquid store, located in Hendaye on the Basque coast!
This collection offers us fruit duos as if it were raining, with a clear penchant for the fidelity of their natural flavor, far from the usual excesses of playful summer liquids. Lovers of real fruit, this range is for you!
The Pomme Cassis liquid speaks for itself about its surname which clearly describes the sacred union of two very European evidences. It is assembled on a 100% vegetable base, which starts well for realistic liquids. This base therefore substitutes PG of petrochemical origin with PG of plant origin.
50/50 is the ratio chosen by the brand in order to specify the aromas. Less sensationalist than 70% VG but totally adapted to the subject and the category.
The liquid sells for 19.90 € in its 50 ml version to be extended with 10 or 20 ml of booster(s) or neutral base in order to obtain 60 or 70 ml of ready-to-use liquid, oscillating between 0 and 6 mg/ml of nicotine.
For all the others, there is also a 10 ml version in 0, 3, 6, 12 and 16 mg/ml for €5.90, HERE. Enough to satisfy 100% of vapers!

The Pomme Cassis borrows the common template from the Fruitiz range and reveals a different color code between green and purple.
It is therefore always as well done and the design presents the two protagonists, the typical logo of the range and the name of the liquid.
Everything is clear, well ordered. If it will not be a first prize for design, the label can still be admired and has the good taste of simplicity.

Comments on the taste of the juice
From the first puff, we find the DNA of the Fruitiz range. Here, the bias is clearly oriented towards the search for veracity and the realism is confusing.
It is therefore the blackcurrant which opens hostilities with its sharp taste which will represent the top note of the liquid. We think we recognize a Wellington blackcurrant, slightly acidic and quite sweet.
It gives way to a red apple, seeming to strike a perfect balance between sweet and tart flavors. We are not on a Granny Smith who will blow your fillings or on a Golden bland. The apple fully plays its role and gives thickness to the liquid while being pleasant, a little vegetal and recognizable in the mouth.
The marriage works very well and the recipe is balanced. Entirely devoted to faithfulness to real fruit, it avoids the usual clichés, eccentric colors and excess sugar. A veil of diaphanous freshness comes to put a high point to the pretty score, always in great wisdom.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
The Pomme Cassis will be vaped all day long for fruit lovers. And this in all seasons!
The viscosity of the liquid allows it to stand out in all types of atomizing devices, from pods to DL atomizers. As usual, the more the vape will be tight in draw and the more the taste will be precise and the more the airflow will be open, the stronger the sensation will be.
The aromatic power is correct but I advise you to stick to an addition of 10 ml of neutral or nicotine base to maintain the flattering legibility of the flavors.
