Comments on the packaging

We continue our overview of the Fluid Mechanics Robots range, the manufacturer from the Landes. And it is Maurice who returns to the pits for the revision, the change of the tires and the blow of rag on the windshield.

Maurice presents himself to us as a gourmand, a perfect liquid for this rainy afternoon, accompanied by a black coffee. It has a capacity of 20ml, is offered at an average price and provides us with a nice panel of nicotine rates: 0, 3, 6, 11 and 16mg / ml. Ideal therefore to reach a maximum of vapers, from beginners to confirmed.

The antique robot is built on a balanced ratio of 50/50 of PG / VG, usual and ideal ratio to enhance both the flavors and the volume of vapor.

Presented in a transparent glass bottle equipped with a pipette, also in glass, Maurice will not disrupt the history of packaging but proudly displays the information necessary to know what you are buying. Even if some characters are quite small, the whole is comprehensive.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

Two pictograms are missing, the one that alerts pregnant women and the one that defines the prohibition on minors. Although the warnings clearly explain these points, the gradual implementation of the new regulations means that we pay attention to this type of detail.

Apart from these two points, Maurice clearly shows his ambition for compliance so as not to end up scrapping the robot. Everything else is there: DLUO, batch number, contact details of the laboratory-manufacturer, complete composition. We are on the almost perfect. We feel the brand is very concerned about the safety of its products. A last effort remains to be made and I am convinced that it will be made.

I note that the aromas used have been purified for inhalation, a happy initiative in the search for increased healthiness.

Appreciation of the packaging

Comments on the packaging

I like this vintage packaging which is based on the concept of the range and the elegance of an atypical design.

The label on a black background therefore presents the robot Maurice, a sad metal character, a relic of the golden age of science fiction in the XNUMXs. Of course, I was not born at that time (I prefer to specify it!) But we all have in us these images of disturbing comics or films where the evil robots threatened humanity in fierce battles with blows. laser beams and other avant-garde technologies.

So, nice concept and realization in unison.

  • This liquid reminds me of: Other liquids, alas.

Comments on the taste of the juice

Ahhh chocolate! Nemesis of flavorists… How many manufacturers have broken their teeth on this flavor to make it at best acceptable and at worst catastrophic. Some have succeeded but they are a minority, the majority not having worked miracles.

Alas, Fluid Mechanics will be no exception to the rule. Maurice is valiant and we feel that the brand has put time, courage and research into it. But the result is disappointing. The chocolate is sour, as it is often the case and only communicates in the mouth an ersatz cocoa which, unfortunately, lasts.

To soften the central element, the manufacturer added a coconut twist. But coconut reminds me more of those dried pieces of the fruit that we sometimes find in the dried fruit department than the juicy fruit itself. It arrives in the mouth without imposing itself and struggles to soften the bitterness of the cocoa.

The recipe is nevertheless balanced but Maurice does not avoid falling into the usual trap that many manufacturers have known before. The liquid is indecisive, not very tasty and, if it narrowly avoids falling into the catastrophic, it remains not greedy for ... a greedy.

Tasting recommendations

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

With a correct aromatic power, Maurice sends a lot of steam for the ratio presented. The hit itself, quite typical of chocolate liquids, is pronounced, without excess. He will be able to vape on any device and will accept to rise slightly in temperature. An aerial airflow will erase the bitter asperities of the juice a little but will drown the coconut. An in-between is, in my opinion, more profitable.

It does go well with a coffee all the same, but I can't imagine it becoming an allday.

Recommended Moments

  • Can this juice be recommended as an All Day Vape: No

My mood ticket on this juice

Maurice will not be my favorite of the range.

E-liquid focused on the very traditional marriage of chocolate and coconut, it falls into the same trap as its predecessors. It is to believe that the aromatic control of chocolate is a particularly perilous exercise for the manufacturers and I do not think that this juice is likely to modify the situation.

Doubtless it would have been better to start with a recipe where chocolate hadn't been the central element? I do not know and do not pretend to be able to discuss it but, in view of the result certainly not dishonest but devoid of greedy substance, questioning remains possible.
