Comments on the packaging

Mécanique des Fluides is a Landes brand, manufactured by Toutatis laboratories. Having arrived fairly recently on the e-liquid market, the manufacturer has developed a simple range and a premium, or complex, range that we will examine together. This is the Robots range, the first offspring of which responds to the sweet name of Albert.

The packaging, in 20ml for the moment, is quite traditional and includes a transparent glass vial and a pipette of the same material with a medium tip. No anti-uv treatment or specific coloring, it's simple but still effective.

Available in 0, 3, 6, 11 and 16mg / ml of nicotine and in a PG / VG ratio of 50/50, Albert is there to satisfy everyone, from first-time vapers to confirmed. Our metallic candidate will still have to successfully pass the taste test which is, after all, capital in the choice of a juice.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

When it comes to security, we are above all suspicion. The bottle doesn't miss a big deal, and both informational notices and legal warnings pop up on the label like acne on a teenager's face.

The manufacturer has its own laboratory, so Toutatis is responsible for production and you have the necessary contacts to contact them in the event of a problem. The DLUO is present and is accompanied by a batch number, even if these two important elements are at the limit of (or my) vision.

A pictogram for the prevention of pregnant women and a pictogram prohibiting minors would have been welcome even if the warnings take this into account.

Appreciation of the packaging

  • Does the graphic design of the label and the product name agree ?: Yes
  • Global correspondence of the packaging with the product name: Yes
  • The packaging effort made is in accordance with the price category: Yes

Comments on the packaging

The concept is very engaging and we discover the vintage charms of this collection. A very fiftie's robot in the mind is there to remind us that we are in contact with survivors of the golden age of science fiction and the obsolete first names are linked to reinforce this retro spirit.

It's fresh, very skilfully made and one can only be seduced by the gimmick and the design, the essence of which continues even on the brand's logo.

Sensory appreciations

  • Definition of taste: Sweet, Fruit, Citrus, Menthol
  • The taste and the name of the product, do they agree ?: Yes
  • Did I like this juice ?: I won't splurge on it
  • This liquid reminds me: Nothing precise

Comments on the taste of the juice

To simplify, we will say that there are two categories of liquids. Those that emphasize precision and result in a very sharp and straightforward taste reading. And those that promote the compactness of the taste to create sensations that are certainly more vague but highlight an indefinable flavor made up of several aromas.

Albert is part of the second class and his recipe does not highlight any particular aroma but creates a new taste, delicate to analyze but which is quite persuasive. With a little patience, however, we can discern a yellow fruit combined with a melon and a very slightly minty finish. From time to time, a tangerine thrill, it seems to me, comes to the party to spice up the party.

It is therefore a fruity, pleasant to vape, rather soft and round whose greatest success is to lose us in the meanders of its aromas. Even if the main fruit seems to be quince, the added value of the other aromas therefore makes it possible to find ourselves more in front of a fairly addictive molecular cocktail.

It's good, indescribable but good.

Tasting recommendations

  • Recommended power for optimal taste: 35 W
  • Type of vapor obtained at this power: Dense
  • Hit type obtained at this power: Medium
  • Atomizer used for the review: Narda, Vapor Giant Mini V3
  • Value of the resistance of the atomizer in question: 0.8
  • Materials used with the atomizer: Stainless steel, Cotton

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

The hit is quite low, the vapor is typical of a 50/50. The aromatic power is average and will require, to do justice to the juice, a fairly precise atomization device. A flavor-typed dripper or RTA (reconstructable atomizer) seem to me to be good compromises even if some clearomizers can also do the trick, of course. The temperature should be measured and the airflow half tight, half airy in order to preserve the integrity of the taste.

Recommended Moments

  • Recommended times of the day: Morning - tea breakfast, All afternoon during everyone's activities
  • Can this juice be recommended as an All Day Vape: No

Overall average (excluding packaging) of the Vapelier for this juice: 4.37 / 5 4.4 5 out of stars

My mood ticket on this juice

Quite classic in his conception, Albert nevertheless possesses undeniable qualities. First, its taste mystery which remains intact and resists any analysis and then its particular taste which remains in the mouth and ensures you a very pleasant vaping session.

Addressed above all to fans of fruity liquids, it can also seduce those for whom it is not the cup of tea by its greedy aspect, created from scratch by its assembly step by step not really promoting any aroma.

A good robot, that, madam!
