VapeShot offers the Disc Starter Kit, a set intended especially for beginners in the vape as a substitute. The kit is very simple in an original format since the vaporette is round and flat. It is extremely light and has a black, non-slip and rubbery coating. It is activated by aspiration.
The kit consists of the disk in which is integrated a battery of 200mAh lithium ion, four different refills and a micro USB cable for recharging. Everything is made for immediate use since the battery is charged ¾ of its possibility.
The proposed refills have different flavors, Smooth Mint, Peach Peach, Smooth Tabacco and Tropic Berry. However for the nicotine level, there are only two choices, in 50mg / ml or 20mg / ml, with a capacity of 1.2ml.

The set-up has a matte black coating with a soft touch that looks velvety. A rubber appearance that is not one, but has the quality of a non-slip. The set is well designed and offers first, a round mod with a removable front to insert the refills and on which two semicircles light indicate the charge of the battery when solicited. Their light offers great visibility, even in daylight, to control the load. On the other side of the facade, a large round opening makes it possible to control the level of remaining liquid. Under the mod, the flat part gives the possibility to hold the upright disk unbalanced, this part has an opening for the micro USB cable for recharging the built-in battery. The removable facade is very convenient to move with a simple movement of the thumb, so once opened, the mod reveals a cavity in which we integrate the chosen refill, equipped with a tip acting as a drip-tip
Associated with Discwe have the refill that works on its own, an atomizer since it integrates, liquid, resistance and drip-tip. This block is disposable and therefore not reusable. No need to fill the tank, the autonomy is total.

Good packaging for this product where there is nothing wrong. In two separate boxes made of flexible cardboard, we find the Disc made up of its black round battery with its micro USB cable for recharging, as well as an explanatory note in several languages, including French. Then, in the other box, we have the four refills with different tastes. Both are inserted in a suitable sheath.
In my opinion, it still lacks some technical data on the product, such as resistive value, kit materials, security proposed ... But I'm not sure that beginners dwell on such details.

For use? there is nothing simpler, the kit is already loaded three quarters at the reception. Just choose the taste of its refill, decapsulate and simply snap into the mod after tilting the facade.
Nothing complicated, I would even say that it is impossible to do more simple because there is no button to activate to vaper, the process simply engages with aspiration. It is not even necessary to wait for the capillary to imbibe!
Ergonomics side, there is good and not so good because even if it Disc is small, practical to put in the pocket before Jean's, the gesture is not always obvious at the beginning. It is an unconventional format that requires some adaptation. Aside from that, it's a very good starter kit that needs to be tried.
Now, let's talk about the feeling of taste and nicotine of 50mg / ml. Personally I vape in 0 or 3mg / ml, so when I saw this kit arrive, I had a first negative reaction. Yes, let's be frank, I was scared!
For the first aspirations, I felt nicotine with a rate that is similar to 10mg / ml, maybe less, it was also the occasion to feel, to a lesser extent, this effect of tournis, as if it was my first cigarette. So at the sensation level, these nicotine salts have had on me, an effect five times less powerful than a conventional nicotine.
Another advantage, that of taste! Nicotine salts are fabulous for this because the flavors have a real flavor, it is not at all impacted by nicotine. On the other hand, it feels very good with the minty aroma which does not have this fresh aspect at the bottom of the throat and which keeps a taste of mint very light, without erasing the other flavors that would be associated with it.
Finally, although the battery is not powerful, it is sufficient for the day with suitable refills that are also well dosed and recharging the battery in less than an hour.
The visibility of the remaining juice is easily visible and the charge of the remaining battery is estimated by tapping the Disc twice. Thus a green light, orange or red, indicates the level of charge.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
The Disc Starter Kit is innovative in its form and its autonomy, the associated nicotine salts are a priori a good thing for a beginner who wants a smoking cessation. Now that insiders abstain because the proposed rates of 50 and 20mg / ml could destabilize more than one, even if the feeling is 5 has 7 times lower than a "classic" nicotine
Personally I did not invest more than that in the proposed nicotine dosage, but being at a rate between 0 and 3mg / ml, this is not the type of liquid I would use. So unsuitable material for me.
On the other hand for a beginner, it is certainly a good compromise between dosage and softness of the feeling because the flavors of the e-liquids with the salts of nicotine seem to me much softer and pleasant.
Ergonomically, again, an uninitiated will quickly get used to the original format (round), while a savvy vapoteur will feel rather destabilized face unconventional grip.
The activation of the vapotage without switch is more than appreciable, a little magical thing that makes its effect but in return, I regret the absence of blockage of such a system, because placed on a table, a child could easily use the vaporette to do as dad or mom.
Overall it is a good product in its entirety that is suitable only for beginners with a good point for activation by aspiration but a bad point for an impossible lock.
