Steam Crave gives the Aromamizer an improved big brother with this Supreme version.
One of the precursor atomizers in this new and large family of RDTAs, the Aromamizer had taken a little old age with the arrival of all its competitors. The idea of Steam Crave is therefore to present us this version that we could also have called “mega”.
The Aromamizer is placed a slight notch above the average observed on this point of the range. Indeed, the Supreme displays a price of 56 € while the competitors are around 40/45 €.
In the meantime, the surname Aromamizer is enough to arouse curiosity so let's go together to discover this diffuser of flavors.

Reviewer's comments on physical characteristics and perceived quality
25mm in diameter, 52mm long, it's a tough guy! He has a stocky, manlike appearance with a bull's-eye for the image. It's a bit heavy, but the qualitative aspect and some visual details manage to make it pleasing to the eye.
Its size allows it to display a theoretical capacity of 7ml, the reality is closer to 6ml, but this remains correct.
The Supreme is not badly machined and the stainless steel 304 gives it a level of perceived quality slightly higher than its colleagues. The threads are quite correct and, finally, the seals are of very good quality. They are made up of eleven parts, including two tiny lugs that intervene in the juice control system that you will have to keep an eye on not to lose them.
Overall, this new Aromamizer offers a decent copy, especially in terms of qualitative feeling, but the difference in the measurement of the tank is damaging to the overall score which, suddenly, will not reach 4.

Reviewer's comments on functional features
We no longer present the Velocity type plate as we see it on everything that is currently out. Except that the one of the Aromamizer is 16,3 mm in diameter, no problem to stick two coils of good diameter there.
Four holes on the bottom of the tray allow you to supply your coil properly. Only the 6-sided screws which hold the coils tarnish the picture a little, by their average quality.
The Aromamizer offers top filling. The juice supply adjustment system is easy to operate thanks in particular to the clear graduation of the adjustment ring.
The airflow ring is much more efficient than the pierced silicone ring from the first game. There is still a good effort in the right direction, finally a return to a certain practicality! The air always arrives right on the side of the resistance while preserving of course what makes the soul of this atomizer.
We are not bad on this product. It's serious, not badly designed, we do not revolutionize everything but we modernize, we improve without a doubt.

The drip-tip, as high as it is wide (well to a tenth near 12 for 13 mm), is in total agreement with the proportions of the Supreme. It loses in passing the anti-projections system of the first version. But it is perfect for the draw of the atomizer.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
The box is very similar to that of its ancestor. Those who have the first one will have the impression of squinting.
The dark box adopts the magnetic clamshell closure and the atomizer is presented in a red foam which gives a little kitsch side.
No instructions, just cutting diagrams on the box. This could be correct since the complete pack offers the allen key, the spares and the spare tank but the absence of instructions affects the note since this reflects a lack of consideration of the consumer and constitutes a violation of French regulations.

The Aromamizer does not shine with its compactness and the capacity of 6 ml will not exempt you from filling the atomizer several times as it is greedy in juice. Its ease of filling mitigates this defect a little.
The assembly of the coils is easy. There is no shortage of room. A good double Clapton coil in 3mm will do wonders on this deck type velocity.
Cotton easily finds its place. The adjustable juice inlet is very practical thanks to its graduation, the system is ingenious and allows the passage of any ratio of VG.
The airflow is also easy to handle and that's good for this atomizer which gives pride of place to pretty clouds and very well restores the flavors.
The only real flaw of this atomizer is the oozing at the level of the airholes due to condensation. Always have a handkerchief handy.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
As you see on the note and despite its many qualities, I am not excited about this Supreme Aromamizer.
Not that it is a bad atomizer, it is well made and the materials are correct enough to justify the price above that of the competition. The juice control system is well done and the airflow is worthy of the name (without any comparison with the painful silicone ring of the original version).
But the consumption, the oozes, the size too large for my taste that I sanction it with an average mark. I have competitors in mind who have attracted me more by presenting a more interesting quality / price / size / consumption ratio.
However, he will easily find followers who will no doubt be happy to welcome him to their stable of tasty cloudmakers.
