Steam Crave a moderator associating the USA, Europe and China in the design and production of atomizers intended for performance enthusiasts, he paved the way for RDTA atomizers (Rebuildable Dry Tank Atomizer) last October.
The Aromamizer is one of the atomizers that corresponds to this new family of rebuildable atomizers with a tank, offering performance that is close to the best drippers both in terms of flavors and vapor production.
The tested atomizer is nothing new, I will even tell you right away that I only used it with the Velocity plate. I explain this by the fact that this tray is in vogue in all the star atomizers of the moment, so I wanted, despite its relative seniority, that it has the best assets on its side. This plateau is just, in my opinion, ideal in this type of gear.
Let us see if the “old” therefore still holds water.

Reviewer's comments on physical characteristics and perceived quality
This aroma and steam machine offers an interesting design that borrows from the spirit of Taifun its bi-material tank with a capacity of 6ml on our model, a more compact version exists with a 4ml tank.
The comparison ends there, a Velocity type tray (or the triple base station that I don't like). Substantial airflow holes arrive directly on the sides of the coil. The deck is fed from below and it accommodates beautiful Clapton coils without any worries.
Clean machining, very correct threads, given the price. Gaskets of good quality, add to that materials of an honorable quality and you have there an atomizer, which is not devoid of a certain charm.

Reviewer's comments on functional features
This atomizer is made to send. The Velocity plate is a good ally for the installation of a beautiful double coil, in my case a Clapton. The juice is fed from below the tray. This allows this lateral arrival of airflow directly on the coils, it is of a certain effectiveness.
The filling is done from the bottom, and you can work on the coils without emptying the tank. Let's say that I find the top filling more practical, but with the 6ml tank it's not too penalizing, it gives it a good autonomy, even if of course, the beast drinks well.
Where I am not convinced is the rubber ring system as an airflow adjustment. I find it ugly and not practical for two cents, luckily for me, it is open to the maximum of four arrivals, so the ring will stay in the box. This is also why I specified in the protocol that the presence of air regulation is fixed because, even if it is indeed variable, this point is so badly thought out and subject to a thousand variables that I seemed more honest to specify it that way. All open, it's good. But if you want to close a bit, you might as well stick a piece of tape, it will be easier!
You can easily change the editing station, I don't know if I told you that, but for me the Velocity is the best.
In the end a good steam plant, well designed if not this airflow adjustment system unworthy of the rest.

An original drip tip, with a more refined design, rather modest in size in view of the machine, it incorporates an ingenious anti-spatter system.You can of course put your favorite drip tip, but the one supplied does the job well, it may be a bit too loose in terms of maintenance but nothing catastrophic.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
The Aromamizer comes to you in a black box, on the cover of which is a diagram of the atomizer chamber. A transparent window lets glimpse the monster. It has a tuning spirit, the box is predominantly black with touches of red and white. This sectional diagram makes a very mechanical tool. We are in the muscle spirit, I like it, it sticks, even if a little kitsch.
The pack is very complete, a second tank, an Allen key, screws, gaskets and a manual in English. Pay attention gentlemen resellers, it is better not to have a notice than an untranslated notice, this is reprehensible so think about it.

I won't talk about leaks, but if you leave your atomizer at rest, the juice tends to accumulate under the coil, and if, like me one morning, you vape quietly, you will find that the atomizer is a little less effective, and suddenly nice big drops of juice, a bit warm, will run on your fingers at the tilt. It's unpleasant, it recovers and you think about it, but it's a small weak point.

A pleasant atomizer overall (if not its little incontinence in the morning lol). Easy assembly, easy filling. Imposing but not huge either. 6ml capacity.
Above all, it offers a good production of steam and even more, an excellent restitution of flavors. A really endearing atomizer, I think however that this first model is a little less practical than the last productions of this category, but it is also not totally lagging behind, so for me, a very correct product in its daily use .

The mood ticket of the reviewer
The Aromamizer made noise when it hit the market. It is one of its atomizers named RDTA which propose to combine the tasty and vaporous vape of a dripper and the practicality of a tank atomizer. When I say he is a part, I should rather say he paved this way.
It is a well-designed, well-made atomizer, offering a great vape, especially with the use of the Velocity plate.
Some small flaws, it is not perfect and some of its dolphins are doing better today. It remains interesting all the same, especially that the V2 arrives (it fixes in particular the airflow control) so the good deals on this product will abound on the web, it can be a good opportunity to have fun for not too expensive
In the end, the newcomers are also doing well, in terms of performance, and they correct some faults, they are sometimes a bit above, but the Aromamizer is hanging on and I would say it does better than resist.
