A theme, the Custard. The versions each have an insect as their emblem. The latter is represented by a black and white drawing on an off-white background. The whole looks like a representation from an old book of natural sciences. A few touches of red slightly alter the aesthetic code.

A juicy yellow plum and custard, this is the recipe perfectly orchestrated by Fuu that is offered to us.
It was not won yet! As I told you above, I was very reluctant to taste a juice made from plum. And, to be honest, it was not love at first sight. Obsessed with this yellow plum, I could not perceive all the subtlety of the mixture. The yellow plum has a taste that dominates the juice but which leaves just enough room for this sweet vanilla cream to make its way between the fruit and the sugar. In the end, the whole takes on a very pastry accent.
It's very good but you have to give it time to fully reveal itself before judging it. He didn't totally exorcise me of my aversion to plum, but thanks to him, I am on the mend.

My mood ticket on this juice
This is another success for Fuu.
The announced result is definitely there. The recipe is more subtle than the very sweet side suggests at the beginning. But, taking your time, all the flavors are expressed and the juice takes on its full meaning. The variation on the theme of the Custard is still there. These Curiosities are really a nice range. I find Volucella perhaps the sweetest in the range. He is also a strong pastry chef, which is not to displease me.
A juice that I can not conceive in allday, but a good evening cocooning juice on the couch.
