Georges is the youngest of this family of six robots offered by Mécanique des Fluides. At least the last one that I tested and I have a good impression of the range which alternates glaring successes and correct juices. So I have a reasonable hope of finding a good number.
Like all the others, it is available in 20ml for a while longer and in 10ml for longer. It displays an impressive choice of nicotine levels that should satisfy all vapers, at whatever level of vape they are. 0, 3, 6, 11 and 16mg / ml, Georges is well equipped to face the most humble clearos to the most hype of reconstructables.
A valiant little robot whose face is reminiscent of the protagonists of the animated film Number 9, Georges displays open. The information is clear even if some are difficult to read for the haggard looks of the moles of which I am a part.
Equipped with a transparent glass vial without anti-UV treatment and equipped with a fairly fine pipette, friend Georges is ready to fill your atomizers. That's good, I'm waiting for a firm dripper!

Georges was very wise but he forgot, little head of metal linnet, that the pictograms to warn pregnant women and to prohibit minors are compulsory. Too bad, it makes up for it with full disclaimers that mention them and all of the regulatory ratings required today.
Best before and lot number are hard to read but they are there. The manufacturer's laboratory is also mentioned and you can call them in case of a problem. The relief triangle intended to warn the visually impaired is present and nothing protrudes. The manufacturer has taken the measure of safety, the proof is that it uses refined food flavors for inhalation. There remains this slight problem of missing pictograms to be up to the challenge of the TPD.

Comments on the packaging
Well in the spirit of the range, Georges offers us his cubic head on the label with a gray background, like a distant survivor of “Forbidden Planet” or other American masterpieces from the golden age of SF. It's vintage, nicely designed and it evokes nostalgia for the days of olden days when people would turn their fingers to activate their ebonite phones and emails didn't exist. It's pretty and a little sad but the concept is adorable and really different from what you usually see on the bottles.

Comments on the taste of the juice
Lemon holds an important place in the “Robots” range. The one used here is identical to those already encountered. It is sweet, good and devoid of too much acidity. Closely intertwined with citrus, anise reveals itself with modesty, especially as a base note and emerges with a little bitterness and the spiciness inherent in the aroma itself.
The whole is good and is accompanied by a measured but very real freshness, communicated by a touch of menthol. Be careful, this is not a hard juice! No, the hand that served the cold did so with gentleness and compassion and the balance of the liquid does not suffer from the minty presence.
The recipe is successful. The fusion between lemon and star anise giving a good result, as we know, menthol being in its right place. The length in the mouth is substantial and the liquid is evaporated without disgust.
the only criticism that can be made to Georges is a certain lack of ambition. He plays us his arrangement of a known score. It does it right but without bringing the personality to make it stand out from the crowd of liquids that use the same ingredients.

My mood ticket on this juice
Here is a coherent e-liquid, well done, well proposed. He offers a personal variation of a well-known tune and is doing well.
But he lacks that little something that gives a juice its personality. This little nothingness of difference that makes the mark of great liquids. Of course, it works in a category where a lot of happy marriages have already been made and it must be very difficult to stand out by its difference in this context but we could have hoped for more risk-taking on the part of the Landes manufacturer. .
“To conquer without peril, we triumph without glory” says the adage. It is the mixed impression that Georges leaves us who does not miss a good pleasant taste and a good moment of vape which will be enough for most vapers but which passes too far, alas, of the varnish of a talented Snake Oil among others.
