Comments on the packaging

It is not very difficult to be enthusiastic about the idea of evaluating a liquid from the Toutatis “Ça passe Crème” range, especially after discovering the four previous ones and enjoying them! A handpicked collection of delicacies that has only one flaw: that of finishing with the liquid of that day. Hoping that, perhaps, other references will complete the five nuggets.

We stay on the classic with “Le Pop Corn Caramel” but imagining that the Aquitaine manufacturer will be able to surprise us this time again as it did so well during the first four references.

No bad surprise so far, we are back with a large 70 ml bottle that carries 50 ml of (really) overdosed aroma. The manufacturer, and I agree with him, advises you to extend this preparation with 20 ml of neutral base and/or boosters in order to fill the 70 ml available and oscillate between 0 and 6 mg/ml of nicotine.

The PG/VG base is in 40/60, a classic for the brand, and will go very well with boosters in 50/50. It will allow you to have a naturally sweeter and cloudier finish.

The price is 19.90 € but you can also opt for a DIY version by choosing the concentrated version in 30 ml for 13.90 € available HERE.

And if you're wondering what Toutatis sauce is going to use for this classic recipe, follow the guide, it's happening below. 👮‍♂️

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

Once again, it is impossible to find the slightest pitfall in this chapter. The manufacturer knows how to do it and even avoids suspicious molecules like sucralose. You won't find psychedelic colors here either. It's healthy, clean and completely compliant.

Toutatis informs us about the presence of piperonal, a common synthetic aromatic compound, in case you are one of the very few people to be sensitive to it.

Comments on the packaging

Unsurprisingly, Le Pop Corn Caramel takes on the livery of the “Ça Passe Crème” family. A design between modernism and rusticity, reminiscent of old cookbooks and featuring a beige-orange color typical of the caramel hue.

It's pretty and it cultivates a sobriety all in elegance. Perfect !

Comments on the taste of the juice

If you expect the usual recipe that flourishes in the catalogs of popcorn liquidators, you will be at your expense.

Here, Toutatis invites us to a very personal re-reading of this liquid and I admit that it does not displease me. A bit of novelty in a taste standardization that began too long ago.

As for caramel popcorn, here we have a vanilla mousse, very light and yet full of flavor. A vanilla that even allows itself the luxury of being a little spicy, like the black bourbon from Madagascar, well known to foodies. Very present and long in the mouth, this mousse will serve as a gustative thread throughout the tasting.

It is heavily colored with a very sweet caramel coulis without the typical bitterness of homemade caramel, which will energize the recipe and make it even more greedy.

The popcorn signals its presence with pronounced and changing cereal notes that go in the direction of the surname but we are more sure of the accompaniment than the usual endless bowl of corn.

The recipe surprises but seduces by the quality of its realization and the naked greediness it provides. A true innovation in the category.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

It will be enough to be equipped with an atomizer capable of absorbing the viscosity slightly above the average of the liquid to delight you. At warm / hot temperature, it will always be successful.

To vape rather in RDL or even in DL, the aromatic power being important enough to accept a good aeration. Perfect for occasional pleasure or as a complement to a simple espresso.

Recommended Moments

  • Recommended times of the day: Morning, Morning – coffee breakfast, Morning – chocolate breakfast, End of lunch / dinner with a coffee, Late evening with or without herbal tea
  • Can this juice be recommended as an all-day vape: No

Overall average (excluding packaging) of the Vapelier for this juice: 4.38 / 5 4.4 5 out of stars

My mood ticket on this juice

Five liquids, five successes. Hat trick ! If Le Pop-Corn au Caramel obtains a lower score than the other references in the range, do not deduce that it is less good. It's just that its name does not really correspond to what we can expect from such a liquid and that's good.

If you're a sugary cereal ayatollah, you already have plenty to choose from elsewhere. If, on the other hand, you like novelty and the vanilla-caramel mousse with cereal notes tempts you, you could well fall under the influence of this innovative liquid in a recipe where we expect more new things. .

A gourmet concept… for gourmets!
