Today, I invite you to continue exploring the “Ca passe crème” range by Toutatis. After a very lively Crème de Coco, we are tackling a monument of tradition in the vape: Les Fraises à la Crème.
This is the type of recipe that has made gourmets happy since the vape has existed and which is declined over time, with successes and failures of course, but always a cloud above the successive taste modes. .

We stay in the theme of the range with a very summery design in its colors. Here, it's the red that takes pole position, normal for a juice that speaks to us of strawberries.
We therefore find some drawings of the star fruit as well as a whisk (to beat the cream, of course, what are you thinking? 😄) and a greedy spoon, thus perfectly summing up what we can expect from the presumed taste .
It's pretty, very spirited, in the spirit of an old cookbook. The name of the range, in shiny relief, is very tactile and pleasantly annoys the finger.

A wonder !
We could stop there because finally everything is said but I feel you are intrigued so I will develop. 😉
What strikes first is the texture. Very creamy and yet airy, it irresistibly evokes whipped cream. A French whipped cream, light but full of taste.
It is based on a very recognizable almond financier which brings a “mâche” as well as a very greedy taste to the whole.
The strawberry, candied and naturally full of sugar, is present like a divine syrup. Omnipresent and yet leaving room for other flavors to express themselves, it reigns supreme with magnificence and moderation.
The recipe explodes in the mouth and the assembly, balanced to perfection, is one of the most obvious successes I have ever had to vape. It's greedy, silky, precise, soft and deeply addictive.
