Comments on the packaging

There are places where, go find out why, they are specialists in an activity.
After Bordeaux and its region, nicknamed the Mecca of e-liquids, we can now say the same for Auvergne, which has become very prolific in this area.

Vap'Hours, which today focuses my attention and especially my taste buds, is a young brand from Clermont-Ferrand.
Thomas, at its head, is a craftsman already rife in the vaping ecosystem through his daily action in the service of vapers and smokers in search of smoking cessation.

His concept for Vap'Hours is out of the ordinary. Partner with a vaper to create new recipes. The brand's credo is therefore simple: “highlight the pleasure of vaping so that Vap'Hours remains accessible to all."

The Strawberry Donut, pretext for this evaluation is the first opus to date. But my little finger tells me that the rest is coming soon ...

Conditioned in a 60 ml Chubby Gorilla-type bottle filled with 50 ml of nicotine-free juice, the remaining 10 ml are reserved for the addition of a neutral or nicotine base according to your desire.
The PG / VG ratio is 30/70 for a suggested retail price of € 19,90.

The sign did not skimp on the means since it joined the services of LFEL for the preparation, production and control of its recipe.
Of course, with such a partner, everything is perfect.

Comments on the taste of the juice

I appreciate the approach of Thomas and Pascal - cooks and gourmet juice lovers - for the interpretation they had of the strawberry donut.

The Strawberry Donut does not have this "fat" side very often symptomatic recipes from across the Atlantic.
Here, the donut is more interested in the artisanal and industrial pastry side to leave the strawberry head note and its full expression. This one is a little sweet and provided with a nice dose of realism.

The contribution of sweet taste stops there, allowing not to sink into excess and excesses generally leading to disgust.
The touch of vanilla is tenuous. Personally, to taste, I do not feel it but I detect its presence by a certain roundness in the mouth that only the donut could not bring.

Undoubtedly, this potion is an allday in power.

As its percentage of vegetable glycerin suggests, the vape is beautiful and consistent. The aromatic power is skillfully calibrated.

For the hit, quite logically, it is light.

Tasting recommendations

  • Recommended power for optimal taste: 45W
  • Type of steam obtained at this power: Thick
  • Hit type obtained at this power: Light
  • Atomizer used for the review: Dripper Maze & Aromamizer Rdta V2
  • Value of the resistance of the atomizer in question: 0.5Ω
  • Materials used with the atomizer: Kanthal, Stainless steel, Cotton

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

Strawberry Donut is a versatile juice. It fits most atomizers, which a quick test on a starter kit confirmed to me.
Nevertheless, to evaluate it and especially appreciate it, I opted, as generally, for a flavor-oriented dripper with adapted assemblies and settings.

Recommended Moments

  • Recommended times of the day: All afternoon during everyone's activities, Early evening to relax with a drink, Late evening with or without herbal tea, The night for insomniacs
  • Can this juice be recommended as an All Day Vape: Yes

Overall average (excluding packaging) of the Vapelier for this juice: 4.59 / 5 4.6 5 out of stars

My mood ticket on this juice

The craftsmanship is good.
The Strawberry Donut is Thomas' first baby at the creation and initiative of the Vap'Hours brand.
We feel that this juice has required time, patience and self-sacrifice.
The heart at work is obvious for this unique variation - not for very long - of the catalog of the Auvergne brand.
All the forces devoted to the realization of this first juice are felt very clearly.

I totally adhere to this voluntarily chosen option which consists in offering us, not the umpteenth strawberry donut, but simply a different recipe.

As you can see, Vapelier reader friends, this recipe fell into the hands of my taste values. Rest assured, I haven't lost my objectivity or my information process. But what do you want? It's okay, so I say it ...

For this achievement, Vap'Hours enlisted the services of recognized professionals, nothing was left to chance.
The TPD and its train of obligations has at least this good that to this day, even a craftsman offers a potion above all suspicion.

Congratulations to Thomas for this first which will certainly mark the vapological landscape of his imprint. In any case, strongly next.
In the meantime, I hope that this modest review will contribute to the recognition of Vap'Hours and its success because unfortunately without the sinews of war, there is no success.

See you soon for new hazy adventures,

Marquolive.

About the Author

Follower of the tobacco vape and rather "tight" I do not balk in front of good greedy clouders. I love flavor-oriented drippers but am very curious about the evolutions of our common passion for personal vaporizers. Good reasons to make my modest contribution here, no?
