Comments on the packaging

Here we are at the heart of J Well's extensive catalog and more precisely in the D'Light range.
Today, let's evaluate the Purple Light.

gamme_D_light_1

This range and its different recipes are very typical summer since fresh and fruity.

Packed in 30 ml, Purple Light is available in 00, 03 and 06 mg / ml of nicotine. The PG / VG ratio is 50% propylene glycol and 50% vegetable glycerin.

Despite its price of 16,90 € positioning it in the entry-level category, we are spoiled by J Well who, as usual, nicely presents his drink to us. The cardboard box is of course perfectly matched to the glass vial; all this is, my faith, very attractive.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

JWell knows what presenting an e-liquid to customers means. The majority of the legal indications are in good place and it must be recognized that the packaging allows a complement or a repetition of certain welcome mentions. On the other hand, error on the bottling line or not, the absence of the embossed pictogram for the visually impaired lowered the score.

What bothers me is the color of the liquid presented here but also of the entire D'Light range.
Of course, a juice cannot have this color without the addition of colorings. However, it is not mentioned on the bottle or on the packaging, nor on the website of J Well. So, it can be assumed that the composition is not complete.

The use of dyes is prohibited by TPD and, these days, I do not find this choice very wise. I have serious doubts about the safety of dyes in general, even if some people try to make us believe they are harmless. In fact, we do not have enough perspective to establish a real balance sheet. The only thing we know is that the intestinal and digestive flora is able to assimilate substances while our upper and respiratory tracts cannot. In the case that concerns us, my source of concern and question comes from the ignorance of the substances used and their non-communication by the laboratory.

In addition, this range, which includes the Purple Light, has the particularity of making me cough ...
And, as expected, the mixture “deposits” a lot on the coils.

Comments on the packaging

Nice investment of the brand to showcase its production.

Everything is attractive, cleverly studied to be able to benefit from a power of attraction towards a potential clientele.

For those who are used to the different JWell products, it is also the feeling of being flattered. The manufacturer was largely inspired by the codes that are the essence of the cosmetics industry and the least we can say is that it works.

Comments on the taste of the juice

"Welcome to the star flavors of summer! When the fresh watermelon is lifted from a touch of anise and ice cubes drawn straight from the Arctic Circle.”This is the aromatic description proposed for this Purple Light.

To the smell, the whole does not seem very natural to me. I find part of what is announced but without more precision than a relatively chemical perception. Let's go immediately to the test of vaping ...

There is indeed an aroma of cucurbits. Melon, watermelon? If it's said I want to believe it ...

You have to admit that this juice is fresh, quite sweet, but personally I really can't. The recipe does not seem to me to be successful, all the flavors merge with each other. I don't feel any consistency. The freshness is perfectly transcribed, powerful but not exaggerated because the whole is sweet. But marriage anyway? ...

I totally vaped the 30 ml not for taste but to make sure I detected elements that would allow me to write this evaluation objectively. Without success, despite the use of many montages on RDA, RBA, etc ... dedicated to flavors and sharp in their transcription.

My mood ticket on this juice

Purple light_Dlight_JWell_3

We are not going to be secretive and you can imagine that at the time of writing this review, I have already tasted all the juices from this D'Light range that J Well sent me.
To my taste which, as I like to repeat regularly, is not intended to be universal, I do not appreciate the D'Lights.

I concede, however, that this Purple Light is the one I enjoyed the most. I am severe on this addition of coloring for which we have no explanation, but I would like to point out that it does not alter my taste judgment. As proof, it happened to me to taste juices containing prohibited or inadvisable substances and to find them “good”… before removing them from my shelves… I only find that the colorings not having this taste value and being subject with caution, it would be wiser to do without it.

This potion is fruity, fresh and I have no doubt that it will appeal to many vapers.

The principle of these evaluations is to share our analyzes with you, but it is up to you to compare before vaping. Once your opinion is made, I am not against an exchange of opinions, here on the website or on our Facebook page ©

See you soon for new hazy adventures,

About the Author

Follower of the tobacco vape and rather "tight" I do not balk in front of good greedy clouders. I love flavor-oriented drippers but am very curious about the evolutions of our common passion for personal vaporizers. Good reasons to make my modest contribution here, no?
