Another nice surprise at the tasting of N ° 5. One would have thought that as the numbering of the range progressed, the creative vein would have dried up, it is not so.
This pretty number offers us a realistic popcorn, very focused on the flavor of corn with a nice length in the mouth, quite rare when we talk about cereals. That's not all, a caramel coating enhances the popcorn. We don't have a coulis or buttered caramel here but rather a confectioner's caramel of the type of certain hard candies like the Werther Originals.
Everything goes well, is supple and well textured in the mouth. The recipe avoids the trap of too much sugar and displays nice shades that make the liquid steam for long sessions.
