It all starts with a French success story for a manufacturer of plant extracts who converted to vaping thanks to solid experience in flavors and for good reason. Vaping In Paris is certainly not the best-known French brand, having arrived towards the end of what we could call the golden age of vaping in France in 2017 (at least in terms of the bubbling of ideas !).
However, the manufacturer remains an anomaly in the hexagonal landscape. First by the use of handpicked, even homemade ingredients. But others do that. So let's add the exclusive use of plant-derived propylene glycol to the equation. Ok, they are not the only ones! So, I put a layer of it with the fact of using only flavors made and thought for the vape! Ah, there, there are fewer of them. And if I add to the picture with the fact of never using sweeteners of any kind, colorings or even synthetic refreshing molecules…. we're starting to think that Vaping In Paris is a free electron with clear-cut militant choices, right?
But we don't stop there since the products are distributed only by hand-picked shops with which the brand forms real partnerships and which are the only custodians of the brand in their catchment area.
This explains why the brand is well established in eleven European countries and why the shops, physical or online, that work with it keep coming back.
In the Authentiks range, dedicated to tobacco macerates, we have already reviewed Dark Virginia which made a very strong impression on the editorial staff. Today we look at Kentucky.
Assembled on a 50/50 base of vegetable mono propylene glycol and glycerin, Kentucky comes in a 10 ml bottle which you will find at €6.90. The price is slightly above the average but, in terms of vaping as in the rest, the quality is paid for. The nicotine levels available are: 3, 6, 12 and 18 mg/ml, enough to have a real choice.
The aroma is obtained by cold extraction of the tobacco leaf, which will be of interest to many Nets lovers. A choice close to the aromatic nature of the raw materials but also close to a certain idea of the vape.

Comments on the packaging
Simple and elegant, the label surrounds a traditional plastic bottle. Nothing very innovative but the use of typical shades of tobacco products, such as beige and brown, does the job and types the object in its taste category.
The packaging is therefore sober and appropriate.

Comments on the taste of the juice
Kentucky tobacco is typically brown, powerful and dark, with spicy notes. It is therefore not surprising to find great similarities in this liquid.
The taste is earthy, powerful but all the same with restraint. It is not a sailor's tobacco either, but rather a supple and deep brown, with diffuse notes of nuts. Very pleasant to vape, it differs, and still happy, from the Dark Virginia previously evaluated, by a total absence of sweet notes.
The liquid therefore becomes an excellent vaping companion for those who are in love with Nicot grass. It vapes all-day, empties a little too quickly for my taste and quickly becomes essential in a rotation of liquids.
More versatile than its predecessor, it nonetheless remains a safe bet because it avoids the temptation of “too much” which can sometimes affect competing products.

Endowed with good aromatic power, Kentucky will be vaped in strength to discover all the nuances and maintain a rather high temperature.
Ideal candidate for an MTL or even RDL vape, it can be used as desired, never tires and makes a formidable tandem with an espresso.

My mood ticket on this juice
Kentucky is a great success. Even if I preferred the Dark Virginia, but it is only a question of personal taste, I found it perfect to illustrate and understand this typical variety, so used in many blends.
A sober, deep and powerful tobacco, which smells of realism. A juice to test urgently, including for NET aficionados.
