Of the six premium liquids in Claude Henaux's range, two are devoted to tobacco flavors. For this No. 2, the Purple Moon of Kentucky, we get straight to the point, with at least two typically American components, a full-bodied blend and an old Bourbon.
It needed a bottle to admire a deep amber color, so it's done with this rectangular vial of thick transparent glass. The advantage of seeing the remaining liquid level, should not obscure the fact that the juice is at the mercy of harmful UV rays, it's up to you to preserve it.
The cardboard case that accompanies the vial is recyclable at 100%. It protects it effectively because of its embossed constitution damping shocks. It will however be necessary to count on the chance that it does not choose on the visible side of the purple moon ...

A premium status respects a set of concepts in order to assure the consumer of the quality, information, safety and this, for each bottle. Here, we are well on top of what any actor producing e-liquids should expect. The information is clear, the vial well equipped, a DLUO allows you to “timer” your consumption. The regulatory obligations are observed to the letter, flawless.
The base as well as the nicotine are of pharmacological grade (USP / EP), no adjuvant dye or other preservative is added during the preparation and until the bottle. The safety aspect of the equipment of the vial were mentioned above, only this transparency to UV rays can pose a problem in summer, to the distracted (including I was in 2014…).
It would have been a shame not to be able to admire the warm color of this n ° 2, because it evokes to be mistaken that of an old Bourbon US. The label is common to all juices in the range, only the number of the juice and that of the series differ.
The sober elegance is distinguished by the graphics used, their colors (gold and silver) on a uniform gray metallic gray background. One can guess a discreet homage to literary and theatrical culture, expressed by the mask and the pen.
The embossed cardboard case is him, protective. It leaves the vision of the two labels and contributes to a certain limitation of the exposure of the juice to the UV radiation.
A package very studied, quite consistent with the proposed level of range, it would almost want it to be recorded, not to regret parting by throwing it.

Comments on the taste of the juice
The smell on opening is unequivocal: it is tobacco. The greedy aspect then comes to coat it with this chocolate / alcohol atmosphere, which brings a sweet touch and rounds off the general aroma.
Taste is full-bodied, tobacco is a blend, which must incorporate brown, quickly a sensation of chocolate liqueur just soften this impression first. Slightly sweet, we can actually talk about gourmet tobacco.
At the vape, it is a confirmation of the sensations described above, the juice is powerful and of a linear amplitude. No preponderance in terms of appearance and presence of tastes, they are mixed and married for the better. We are dealing with a precisely dosed mixture not to let the full-bodied tobacco take precedence over a dry alcohol, which itself is softened by the presence of a just sweet chocolate.
Each flavor retains the rough side of others, to leave in the end a feeling frank but controlled, full-bodied but reasonably gourmand just enough. Rather long in the mouth, with a medium hit 6mg / ml, I think it would be really too strong 12 mg / ml for who is not used.
The steam is dense as the ratio of VG suggests, the texture of the juice is thick in oral suction, so that this juice best expresses its aromas, or at least you will see them full.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
The purple moon is a juice loaded with naturally colored compounds of the aromas, in a base with a high proportion of VG. It is therefore normal to notice a rapid deposit on the coils. Possessors of proprietary resistance clearomizers you are warned, if you additionally power juice that will accept it without altering the taste, you will expose your equipment to a change earlier than usual.
With the RBA / RDA, it's equal, but you master the fixtures and their life. This juice tolerates the aerial vape that will however tend to dry up the gourmet feeling and raise the full-bodied side. You will adapt according to your taste, this generator setting of large clouds.

My mood ticket on this juice
I prefer not to consider this premium as an allday, as it is not within the reach of every budget. That being the case, you will do as your choice dictate.
This n ° 2 is whole, it does not depart easily from its homogeneity. You will be able to jostle him, air him, he remains stoic, straight in his cowboy boots, well in the shade under his Stetson. It is a very good juice for nostalgic or for newcomers wishing to put an end to dangerous smoking. The top juice is deserved. This number 2 holds, like few other of its kind, the palm of realism, precision and harmony of flavors.
I recommend it, for tasting, in the evening, quiet in good company. On occasion, you'll be right to give it to smokers looking for a good way to stop.
