Comments on the packaging

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Airmust is back in the deep end. It's a return to the forefront which delights us and which manifests itself in a beautiful avalanche of new liquid products.

It is in the Hey Boogie range that our juice of today is born, the Funky Buddha. Under this religious and musical name hides a fruity and fresh e-liquid which seems to fall well into the summer season.

It comes to us in a large format since a 70 ml capacity bottle still carries 50 ml of overdosed aroma. Enough to have fun by adding your choice of 10 or 20 ml of nicotine base or not, to obtain, depending on your own desire for dilution, 60 or 70 ml of liquid to vape, on a rate scale oscillating between 0 and 6 mg/ ml of nicotine.

The price generally observed is €19.90, in the good average for liquids in the category.

The base presents a wise ratio of 50/50 PG/VG, rather appropriate when we are talking about fruits.

The bottle is plastic, the label is paper… pirouette, peanut! What we want to know is above all the taste of this new opus which takes its source from a range which has not hesitated to innovate in this area. I'll take my best ato and get to it!

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

10 years of existence, it's raining and it's starting to count. No surprise then to note the professionalism of the manufacturer who delivers a perfect score on the theme of legality and security.

Potentially allergenic compounds are mentioned on the label, proof of great transparency. These are citral and beta damascenone, common compounds in vaping. This will therefore only concern you if you have a problem linked to these molecules.

Conversely, no sucralose here! It's already a good thing.

Appreciation of the packaging

  • Do the graphic design of the label and the name of the product agree? Yes
  • Global correspondence of the packaging with the product name: Yes
  • The packaging effort made is in accordance with the price category: Yes

Comments on the packaging

A festival of colors awaits us on the label. Between traditional Indian painting and psychedelic concert poster, the drawing hits the mark and presents a nice alternative to the usual mangas or various other common cultural appropriations in the vape.

Which does not prevent a beautiful informative clarity to which I will only put one caveat: writing the texts in very small white on a light blue background is not necessarily the best idea for vapers who do not already see not much !

Sensory appreciations

  • Is the color and the name of the product in agreement? Yes
  • Do the smell and the name of the product agree? Yes
  • Definition of smell: Fruity, Citrus
  • Definition of taste: Sweet, Fruit
  • Are the taste and the name of the product in agreement? Yes
  • Did I like this juice? I won't splurge on it

Comments on the taste of the juice

Funky Buddha is an amazing e-liquid. It's a fruity duo which is shared between the soursop that I know and the hand of Buddha, a small fruit from the citron family, which I didn't know. A fruit which, if I'm not mistaken, sees its first time in the vape here.

The result is surprising, at the same time very exotic and very confectionery. To my taste, the soursop is in front and develops its aromas of sweet candy and a little vegetal, almost floral. The Buddha's hand, if I can judge, then arrives with a mix between a typical citrus acidity and a slight bitterness.

Thus, we have a balanced liquid, which hides nothing and which appears terribly original. Fans of kiwi or lychee, this is a liquid that you will appreciate because it falls somewhat into the same family of fruity, vegetal and floral flavors. The Funky Booddha (hey, bro'!) is still breaking new ground and this makes me think that vaping still has a lot of unknown lands to visit, if the legislator gives it the opportunity.

There is a coolness but it is completely controlled, more evening trade wind than steppe wind. There is sugar but there too, sparingly. The balance has therefore been carefully studied and the resulting copy is original and pleasant to vape.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

I preferred to vape Funky Buddha in a half-closed DL clearo. So a fairly open RDL. I found that this is where the combination of freshness and taste was most effective. Tried on MTL pod, it also works well with very concentrated flavors and comfortable aromatic power.

To vape with a white alcohol to make the aperitif exotic or a lemon sorbet to sweeten it.

Recommended Moments

  • Recommended times of the day: Aperitif, End of lunch / dinner with a digestive, All afternoon during everyone's activities
  • Can this juice be recommended as an all-day vape: Yes

My mood ticket on this juice

This is a beautiful proposition that Airmust makes to us with the Funky Buddha, which not only lives up to its divine name but still remains sufficiently balanced to evoke the rhythm associated with it.

A novelty that stands out, which takes a little time to be tamed but which ultimately turns out to be perfectly vapable all-day. Nice surprise !
