The French e-liquid brand D'Lice was founded after its creator discovered the electronic cigarette in the United States in 2011.
The brand offers a whole range of different flavors, there really is something for everyone. Among their ranges of liquids, we find the D'Lice XL range which brings together a selection of the best successes of D'Lice in a large format bottle.
The liquids in the range are packaged in large bottles that can hold a maximum of 75ml of juice. This option therefore makes it possible to dose the liquid up to a nicotine level of 6mg/ml and this, directly in the vial. We will therefore have the choice between two dosages of nicotine, we will thus obtain with a booster a dosage of 3mg/ml and with two boosters of 6mg/ml. The tip of the bottle unscrews to facilitate the addition.
The basis of the juice recipe in the range displays a PG/VG ratio of 50/50 and the nicotine level is obviously zero for this format.

You can find all the data relating to legal and safety compliance in force on the bottle label. The expiry date for optimal use as well as the batch number which ensures the traceability of the liquid are found under the bottle.
The names of the juice and the range from which it comes are displayed, information concerning the precautions for use is clearly indicated. We also find the list of ingredients making up the recipe with also the indication relating to the alcohol content in the composition.

Comments on the packaging
The designs of the labels of the liquids in the D'LICE XL range are identical, of course only the characteristics specific to each liquid differ.
The names of the liquids and the range from which they come are written vertically on the front face. The label has a white background with a relatively well done “glazed” type finish.
All the different data are perfectly clear and legible, the tip of the bottle can be unscrewed to facilitate the possible addition of nicotine booster.
Another interesting point, the vial can contain up to 70ml of nicotine liquid (75ml at the most) which allows you to obtain a juice with a nicotine level of 6mg/ml without having to change the bottle.
The packaging, although simplistic, is well made and finished, it is correct.

Comments on the taste of the juice
The Fresh Black Fruits liquid is a fruity type juice with flavors of minty black fruits with blackcurrant dominance.
On opening the bottle, the fruity flavors of black fruits are very well perceived, a fruity mix whose scents of berries are particularly present, we can also guess the sweet notes of the recipe, the smell is sweet and pleasant.
In terms of taste, the flavors of black fruits have good aromatic power. Indeed, as announced in the description of the liquid, it is the fruity flavors of blackcurrant that stand out the most in the mouth during tasting, the taste rendering is quite faithful, they are also sweet, juicy and delicately acidulous. These flavors seem to be accompanied by slightly bitter berry flavors with much lower aromatic power.
Concerning the fresh notes of the liquid, they seem to be caused by strong mint but whose aromatic power is not too exaggerated in order to let the blackcurrant express itself until the end of the tasting.
The liquid is quite soft and light, not disgusting and the homogeneity between the olfactory and taste sensations is perfect.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
For the Fresh Black Fruits tasting, I added a nicotine booster to obtain a liquid with a nicotine level of 3mg/ml. The cotton used is Holy Fiber from HOLY JUICE LAB. The power is set to 40W in order to preserve the fresh notes of the composition with a rather “warm” vapor.
With this configuration of vape, the inspiration is quite soft, the passage in the throat and the hit obtained are light, the juicy and slightly bitter notes of the recipe are already felt.
On expiration, the flavors of the blackcurrant are those that are fully expressed, they are very sweet and juicy. Blackcurrant is also perceived thanks in particular to its tangy notes. It is then accompanied by subtle more bitter notes, then the minty touches appear contributing to the refreshing notes of the liquid.
The Fresh Black Fruits liquid is suitable for all types of material thanks in particular to its base displaying a balanced PG/VG ratio. A moderate power will be ideal in order to preserve the subtle fresh notes of the recipe.

The Fresh Black Fruits liquid is a fruity type juice whose blackcurrant flavors are those that have the most pronounced aromatic power in the fruity mixture. The blackcurrant has a good taste effect, its sweet, juicy and slightly acidulous notes are well transcribed in the mouth.
The fruity flavors of blackcurrant are accompanied by additional, slightly bitter flavors with a lower aromatic power.
The fresh touches of the composition are caused by menthol flavors of the “strong mint” type relatively well distributed in the recipe and whose fresh touches are not too exaggerated.
The Fresh Black Fruits liquid is quite sweet, its taste is not disgusting, the taste rendering of the blackcurrant flavors is pleasant and the perfectly balanced menthol notes which delicately refresh the whole at the end of the tasting are pleasant.
