Our liquid of the day brings us to the scorching sun of the desert to forget for a moment the grayness that has settled in France for a few weeks.
The Desert Raven, from Fuu's Original Silver range, is therefore one of the eleven variations around tobacco that the manufacturer devotes to it through the so-called “Classic” part of its range. Packaged with care, the juice presents well despite the 10ml of autonomy (thank you gentlemen of the European Parliament) which, it must be admitted, will be sufficient here, this range being targeted at a beginner clientele who does not have anything more to do. of capacity.
The juice, like its Silverienne siblings, is available in 0, 4, 8, 12 and 16mg / ml nicotine and is built on a 60/40 PG / VG basis. The 40% of vegetable glycerin being guaranteed in final proportion by the composition which attributes to propylene glycol alone the presence of elements such as water, aromas or nicotine.

We therefore remain on the same presentation as the now usual one of the Original Silver range. We therefore have the dark PET bottle (dark gray in fact), easy to handle for your refills, topped with a cap ranging from white to black depending on the level of nicotine content.
The dropper is quite thin and will go almost everywhere for loads of liquid not likely to lead to incredible stunts.
The label is the work of an inspired designer who has been able to concentrate the mass of information without altering its clarity and the black and silver aesthetic, coupled with the use of metallic paper, provokes the perception of an elegant and harmonious whole.

Comments on the taste of the juice
The Desert Raven is built around a tobacco called Turkish or oriental, naturally rich in sugar and slightly spicy. At the end of the mouth, one can feel the slight bitterness without disturbing it in the rather sweet taste perception of the whole.
A note of caramel was introduced by the manufacturer in an attempt to bring the assembly closer to a Ry4. However, I do not know if this is due to the quality of the caramel aroma or to the proportions chosen, but we have a compact overall taste or the notes blend so closely that it becomes difficult to distinguish precisely the different components. .
The whole gives, strangely, a rather pronounced hard candy taste which indiscriminately mixes tobacco, spices and caramel. Not bad in itself but you lose the impression of vaping tobacco, even complex, for the benefit of a strange confectionery which places the Desert Raven out of its subject.
A mixed impression remains then, between the sugary satisfaction that the liquid provides and an inexplicable frustration that I attribute to a too pronounced compactness.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
Comfortable in a tight clearomizer, the Desert Raven seems to be making its home there for good. A reconstructable will not detail more or better the different notes. To vape in this case between 12 and 14W to get the most out of it.
Quite comfortable in a warm / hot temperature, like all tobacco-based juices, it can still take off if needed, up to a point.
Not very stingy in vapor, the hit is average but decent and will give those who need it the necessary “grip” in the throat.

My mood ticket on this juice
So I have a mixed impression with the Desert Raven. In the direct line of the Desert Ship of one or the other, it is therefore an oriental tobacco, spicy and caramelized. Rather an exotic confectionery than a brown offshoot of firebrand.
But in summary, its compactness harms it more than it serves it and we lose the thread of improved tobacco for a candy juice, certainly nice, but which lacks too much character to really impose itself and become either addictive in the part of a potential allday, or atypical in the sense of a particular vape moment.
However, it may appeal to beginners in search of sweetness who will appreciate its absence of roughness but it will struggle to convince more seasoned vapers and experienced in the exercise of taste by the vape.
