In the ten flavors that make up the vPro range compatible with the ePod, it was unthinkable not to find a minty classic. First of all because it is a flavor that finds a lot of echo among consumers, beginners or not, and then because, as you know, analog menthol cigarettes have been banned for sale in France since the month of may. So, rather than letting orphan smokers roam the countryside, you might as well convert them to vaping by offering them what traditional cigarettes can no longer give them. Here, this heavy task is devolved to the Classic Ice Vert which we will be talking about today.

Like its colleagues in the range, the Classique Ice Vert is presented in closed 1.9ml capsules, ingeniously transparent in order to be able to check the liquid level and equipped with a patented resistance using ceramic. Which is generally a guarantee of precision of flavors and softness of the vape.

Beyond the material which is, I grant you, essential in such a system, the liquid is mounted on a PG / VG ratio of 55/45, ideal for a perfect balance of flavors / vapor. This is rare enough in the pod world to be reported and as we have seen in previous flavors tested, it is a definite plus for a good vape performance.

Better still, the e-liquids in the range use nicotine salts to establish their legitimacy. Everyone now knows that these esters allow the vapor to be smoother in the throat and thus avoid the inflammatory episodes that some beginners experience at the start of a vape and therefore ensure better nicotine satiety over time. The rates available are two: 6 and 12mg / ml, which seems surprisingly limiting for heavy smokers.

For € 8,49, you will therefore have two capsules providing you with approximately two days of fuel autonomy, a new atomizer each day and a new resistance and therefore clean each time you change your capsule. These are factual data that justify the price, higher per milliliter than that of a usual bottle, but all in all in the category average for a higher technological content.

There is not much to say about the highly important chapter of safety and legislation. Vype respects all the legislator's requests to the letter and all the appropriate signage is present, both at the graphic level and at the level of mandatory warnings.

Even if the mention of the e-liquid manufacturing laboratory does not appear here, you will not be isolated in the event of a problem. The manufacturer has provided a toll-free number for this purpose, which is rare enough to be underlined! A DDM and a batch number complete an array that leaves no room for criticism.

Comments on the packaging

Although a little large for the contents carried, the packaging remains very correct and always clear in the mentions that bloom there. It contains a metal blister where each capsule has its own location for better conservation over time.

A very complete user manual will guide you in your first steps in vaping and will inform you about the potential problems that you may encounter even if, quite between us, it seems to me quite complicated to encounter a problem. I have been vaping the many flavors of the range for almost two weeks and, to date, I have not encountered any problem: no leaks, no condensation ...

Just a note to regret that a more colorful design is not in the game. Even if two colored bands on the edges of the box highlight the difference with the other flavors, we would have liked a less “medical” packaging, like the pretty success of the Fruity Tequila flavor in this area, which demonstrates that a simple splash of color energizes a product and makes it more attractive to consumers.

Comments on the taste of the juice

Excellent. If there was just one word to qualify the Classic Ice Vert, it would be this, quite simply.

First of all, a fragrant cloud of peppermint enters the mouth. A mint, fresh but without excess, which has a lot of taste and a beautiful aromatic power. Devoid of overly sweet temptations, it is a real pleasure to taste.

Tobacco is also present, almost equally. We can recognize a slightly sweet Virginian probably mixed with a darker burley to give it a nice thickness. The blend goes wonderfully with peppermint and the whole thing is, once again, excellent.

The recipe is therefore perfectly mastered by the flavorists and is obvious. One would think we recognized here brands of analog cigarettes which have disappeared today and whose names I will not mention.

It is rare that an e-liquid is so successful in a closed system. Of course, there are very good liquids, if only in this range if you have followed well, but there, the surprise is considerable. The liquid is so precise, clean and pleasant that you have the impression of vaping on a more efficient open system. Diabolical!

Of all the encapsulated e-liquids I have had to test over the past two years, the Classic Ice Vert is undoubtedly the most successful. Powerful and full of flavor, it will delight lovers of the genre.

Coupled with an ePod whose reliability in use and vape rendering are the major assets, we have an unrivaled hitch in the category which even allows itself to titillate the higher category a little.

A deserved Top Juice for a job well done, which must have taken a lot of R&D time for such a result.
