Comments on the packaging

If Aberdeen is above all a large Scottish city, it is now also the name of a premium e-liquid from the “L'Absolu” range that we owe to the manufacturer Vape Cellar. Originally from Luxembourg, the brand specializes in the complex art of combining all forms of tobacco for the eternal fans of the dive leaf.

The packaging is quite classic. In a cardboard box, you will find three 10ml vials for a price of 19.90 €. A price that some may qualify as high but which reflects a very long development and also a maturation in vats of six weeks. At Vape Cellar, liquid is above all a matter of quality and quality has to be paid for.

Mounted on a 60/40 PG / VG base, the Aberdeen, like its fut brothers and sisters, offers us a plethora of nicotine levels (0, 3, 6, 11 and 16mg / ml) in order to to be able to satisfy everyone and this is a fact to be highlighted while the highest rates are becoming increasingly rare in global and French vaping. This liquid will therefore concern each type of vapoteur, from the beginner to the jaded geek. And that is very good.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

Nothing to say about the aspects of compliance, the brand knows how to do and relies on a partnership with a laboratory experienced in this type of exercise for a long time.

Just a slight regret, that of not having indicated the PG / VG ratio on the label. It is all the same easier for the consumer to know thus if an e-liquid is compatible with his material or his desire, quite simply.

Appreciation of the packaging

  • Do the graphic design of the label and the name of the product agree? Yes
  • Global correspondence of the packaging with the product name: Yes
  • The packaging effort made is in accordance with the price category: Yes

Comments on the packaging

The packaging takes up the “wine merchant” spirit dear to the Vape Cellar brand and is adorned with dark for an elegant and rustic background.

A deer head stands out above it as a stylish heraldic symbol. Everything evokes the refinement and warmth of a wood fire. Ideal for a tobacco e-liquid.

Comments on the taste of the juice

From the first puff, we quickly understand that this is not a standard tobacco and the poor neurons of the reviewer put themselves in freewheel to avoid overheating under the effect of the intense analysis of the aromas.

The Aberdeen is difficult to grasp. Sweet and fruity, it only really reveals itself after long hours of vaping.

We first have a blend of blond tobaccos, typical of virginia, whose leaves seem to have been sauced in candied cherry syrup. The overall perception therefore evokes a black cavendish which is not strictly speaking tobacco but rather a recipe, like a tobacco cake, invented a long time ago by Lord Cavendish to promote conservation during the long sea voyages of the fact of the presence of sugar.

The preparation is adorned with some interesting vanilla notes which further soften the result.

In summary, the Aberdeen is therefore a recipe with drawers, largely at the level of the usual productions of the mark but its character can be variously appreciated by the amateurs.

Oily, sweet and fruity juice, it breaks with a certain tradition of harsh or very distinctive tobacco. In short, if the quality is there and there, it will not be unanimous.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

No manual is needed to vape the Aberdeen, all you need is a good atomizer that is fairly fine on the flavors and enough watts compared to your resistance to heat it up a bit because it will give its full potential with a little heat.

Uncomfortable with an espresso, it will rather be vaped solo, for an intimate moment of discovery. It will not be a typical allday either, but rather a popular break companion in the half-light of a living room and the tranquility of a reading. To vape while reading Les Voyages de Gulliver in a club chair!

Recommended Moments

  • Recommended times of the day: Morning, Aperitif, End of lunch / dinner with a coffee, Early evening to relax with a drink
  • Can this juice be recommended as an Allday Vape: No

Overall average (excluding packaging) of the Vapelier for this juice: 4.42 / 5 4.4 5 out of stars

My mood ticket on this juice

Aberdeen is an atypical tobacco, eyeing much more towards a composition of richly scented pipe tobacco than towards that of a dry and a little raw tobacco. It is a quality that makes this liquid take its place in the “L'Absolu” family.

Unfortunately, this will also be its main flaw because its complex, sweet, very fruity and vanilla aspect may scare away those who rather need an allday that is easier to control.

In any case, here is all the same a welcome UFO in the tobacco juice galaxy which will open without way to those who have the patience to discover it.
