Today we are entering the courtyard of Versailles to follow the taste peregrinations of the Sun King! The one who proclaimed himself as being a monarch by divine right could not make an upholstery in this Millésime range which delighted me more and more by the quality of its juices but also their particularity.
Thus, the packaging is identical to the other kings and emperors in the range. Packaging that borders on perfection as the balance between packaging and information is perfect. It's very simple, before tasting, we are already in our eyes. Once again, I take my hat off for this range which, for me, is positioned as the benchmark Premium range. On a national level, it is obvious and on an international level, the chances of our country to shake up the biggest specialists in this field have never been greater.
The information is clear and nothing is hidden or avoided. Such transparency commands respect… royal.

Here is the more than perfect example of juice which can only reassure the consumer. The legal notices are present, the responsible warnings too. The brand uses L-Nicotine which comes from tobacco, so natural, unlike D-Nicotine which is artificial. Likewise, the flavors used are natural and the Propylene Glycol is of vegetable and non-petroleum origin. As for those who would have been scalded by a previous experience with PG of plant origin (more “spicy” than PG of mineral origin), I want to reassure them. Here, nothing like it. the combination between the base and the aromas is so accomplished and the vegetable glycerin being present in high quantity (65%), the result is very soft and stripped of flavors or parasitic impressions.

Although the packaging is inspired by that initiated by Five Pawns, it gains all its letters of nobility (and for good reason) by presenting a well-constructed and seductive concept by surfing on the crowned heads that have marked the history of France. The concept is perfectly illustrated by the discreet elegance of a combination of black, white and silver and takes up the aristocratic symbolism. This may not seem like much, but it is fearfully thought out. Because what is the country that passes around the world for the cradle of taste, refinement and luxury if not France? And what concept could best highlight these qualities acquired through centuries of practice if not our history that many countries envy us? It's smart, we feel that it has been thought through to have an international distribution and personally, I feel quite happy that our nation can be represented in the concert of the great juice producing nations by some leading brands like Nova-Liquides. A must!

Comments on the taste of the juice
Well, when we know that Louis XIV took only one bath in his adult life (he lived 77 years), we can imagine that the smell of the liquid is appreciably more elaborate and pleasant than that of much unhygienic king. Rather, it is the scent of the gardens of Versailles: vanilla but subtly floral, slightly fruity and very delicious.
In the taste test, it is a hold-up from the first puffs and we are surprised to not give a damn about the composition of the liquid so much the success of the recipe delivers a rainbow of flavors! We still feel the complexity of a mixture of creamy vanilla and another drier, more “plant”, some floral touches almost turning to fruit which reminds me a little of hibiscus, a diaphanous flavor of dry fruit ( almond?) on the exhale, some spicy notes, we are here in the mystery. But the juice confidently avoids making the mysterious in order to be mysterious. On the contrary, despite all these aromatic tones, Louis XIV is a totally affordable liquid and we find ourselves loving it without understanding it, a bit like looking at a work of abstract art. It's okay, that's all. It is even excellent to speak frankly. A total success!
The steam is abundant and very white, which brings a texture suitable to the taste of Louis XIV.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
In view of the viscosity of the liquid, rather favor devices that easily pass high levels of VG. A lukewarm temperature will be perfect to serve the delicacy while maintaining the exoticism. This liquid will pass at best on resistors between 1Ω and 1.5Ω and accepts to go up in the towers but remaining wise all the same. Between 14 and 17W, it's ecstasy!

My mood ticket on this juice
Under the spell… .. I will no longer be reachable for the next milliliters because the Louis XIV conquered me. Charming, distinguished, full of flavors and gourmet, it is a little gem of vapo-cuisine. The match between taste and concept is formidable. One can very well imagine oneself in the halls of the king's palace, surveying the waxed floors crossing the verbal iron with the other embroidered ones or dining at his table of the finest dishes from the four corners of the kingdom. From a gastronomic point of view, this juice is a must-vape! It is added to a long series of taste successes in this Millésime range which never ceases to confuse and seduce. What talent! Truly the revelation of the year for me!
