Comments on the taste of the juice
The first puff reassures and comforts. We are of course a REAL liquid, thought and sought after and not an ersatz broker with a ladle of aroma for three basic.
The P'tit Jus is smooth and flows in the mouth like honey. It draws well-pronounced and very pleasant vanilla curls, like a good custard would.
Nevertheless, nuts are easily guessed. Shy peanut and pecan present form a magical duo which draw the tasting towards more precision, more typing. A caramelized note tickles the tongue and harmoniously lines the palate.
The whole is very greedy but the sugar level remains under control and the tasting is punctuated by a thousand gestures of mouthing the drip-tip, which has the collateral effect of strengthening my biceps!
The recipe is clear, limpid but it is also subtle enough to remain delicious without being disgusting. Le P'tit Jus is doing it with honors!
