Today we are going to take a tour of C LIQUIDE FRANCE, a creation and analysis laboratory, specializing in aromatic creation for electronic cigarettes. The company is based in the north of France and its catalog displays no less than 200 different references.
We will be particularly interested in the Buccaneer's Juice range which includes 9 complex, gourmet, refreshing and varied flavors.
This range is on the theme of piracy, it was first created in 2014 and has been completely revised by the manufacturer with a higher level of requirement by pushing the limits of what had been previously achieved.
The liquid in question is Kalypso juice, the product is packaged in a transparent flexible plastic bottle and has a capacity of 50ml of liquid.
The basis of the recipe displays a ratio of PG / VG of 40/60 and the nicotine level is obviously for this format of liquid zero. However, it can be adjusted directly in the vial with a nicotine booster to obtain a rate of 3 mg / ml.
Kalypso juice is also available in a 10ml bottle with nicotine levels ranging from 0 to 16mg / ml. This variant is displayed at a price of € 5,90, our 50ml version is available from € 19,90 and thus ranks among the entry-level liquids.

Comments on the packaging
A real effort has been made in the design of the liquid labels of the Buccanner's Juice range. Indeed, these are perfectly in agreement with the names of the liquids thanks in particular to the illustrations present on the front faces of the labels.
The range refers to the “buccaneers”, the name given to the adventurers who hunted beef in the West Indies to sell them and who then allied themselves with the buccaneers by sowing terror in the Caribbean, in the second half of the XNUMXth century.
For our Kalypso, the illustration reminds us of the sea goddess guiding sailors lost at sea that can be found in the “Pirates of the Caribbean” film franchise.
On the front side, there is therefore the illustration of the character with above the name of the range and below the various pictograms as well as the list of ingredients and the contact details of the laboratory manufacturing the liquid.
On the back, the data relating to the precautions for use and storage are displayed in several languages.
The packaging is very well done and finished, the design fits perfectly with the theme of the range, all the various data are very clear and legible.

Comments on the taste of the juice
Kalypso liquid is a juice with black tea flavors, flavored with peach.
When opening the bottle, the delicate scents of black tea are perfectly felt, the fruity and sweet scents of peach are also palpable, the scents are relatively sweet and pleasant.
In terms of taste, the Kalypso liquid has good aromatic power, the flavors of black tea and peach are well perceived in the mouth when tasting.
Black tea is relatively sweet even if its subtly bitter and slightly intense notes are tastefully present. The flavors of the peach are also relatively sweet, the fruit is felt thanks in particular to its juicy and sweet touches and also by its taste rendering, relatively successful.
The distribution of the two flavors composing the liquid is well done, they seem to be distributed equally in the recipe, we can really distinguish the two flavors when tasting.
The liquid remains quite soft and light, so it is not disgusting in the long run.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
For the tasting of the Kalypso liquid, I added 10ml of nicotine booster to obtain a liquid with a nicotine level of 3mg / ml. The cotton used is Holy Fiber from HOLY JUICE LAB, the vape power is set to 34W so as not to have too “hot” vapor.
With this configuration of vape, the inspiration is soft, the passage in the throat and the hit obtained are quite light, we can already guess the flavors of black tea from its bitter notes.
This liquid can be suitable for any type of material, however I preferred to taste it with a limited draft to compensate for its lightness.

Kalypso liquid is a juice with flavors of black tea flavored with peach.
The juice has a good aromatic power, indeed, the two flavors composing the recipe are perfectly well felt during the tasting, their distribution in the composition seems to have been carried out equally.
The liquid also has a very good taste, black tea is, despite its sweetness, very intense and slightly bitter, the fruity flavors of peach are very sweet and juicy.
The liquid is not disgusting by its sweetness, it is even thirst-quenching.
The Kalypso has a score of 4,59 within the Vapelier, so I give it its deserved Top Juice in particular thanks to the taste rendering faithfully transcribed from the two flavors making up the recipe.
