C LIQUIDE FRANCE is a creation and analysis laboratory, specialized in the aromatic creation of liquids for electronic cigarettes. It is located in the north of France and offers products with the greatest transparency. Its catalog displays no less than 200 references of different e-liquid products. Something for everyone!
John Cook liquid comes from the Buccaneer's Juice range which was created in 2014, all flavors have received special attention. With its growing know-how, in 2019, the C Liquide France laboratory is reviewing the entire range with a higher level of requirement and pushing back the limits of what had been done.
The Buccaneer's Juice range now displays 9 complex, gourmet, refreshing and fruity flavors.
The liquid is packaged “ready to vape” in a transparent flexible plastic bottle with a capacity of 50ml. The basis of the recipe shows a PG / VG ratio of 40/60. The nicotine level is obviously zero, it can be adjusted to a rate of 3mg / ml by adding 10ml of nicotine booster.

Comments on the packaging
The liquids in the Buccaneer's Juice range allude to “buccaneers”, the name given to certain adventurers who hunted wild beef in the West Indies, to smoke meat or to trade in hides. The buccaneers allied themselves with the buccaneers and, in the second half of the XNUMXth century, sowed terror in the Caribbean.
The labels of the liquids in the range fit perfectly with the theme. Indeed, these have on their front face illustrations in a comic book style reminiscent of the world of the sea and more particularly that of piracy.
The John Cook liquid therefore refers to the famous British buccaneer, on the front side on an “old parchment” type background we see his illustration with cook's accessories, the pun is perfect because I remind him of “cook” in English means “to cook”.

Comments on the taste of the juice
John Cook liquid is a gourmet type juice with lemon meringue pie flavors.
When opening the bottle, the fruity scents of lemon are perfectly felt and very realistic. We also perceive sweet smells coming from the aromas of the meringue, the scents are sweet and pleasant.
At the taste level, the John Cook liquid has a good aromatic power, the flavors of lemon are those which occupy the largest part in the composition of the recipe. A very tangy and juicy lemon whose taste is well transcribed.
The greedy flavors of the meringue are much more subtle, these flavors are perceived thanks in particular to the sweet and softer notes that they bring to the composition, they are also rounder in the mouth.
The homogeneity between the olfactory and gustatory feelings is perfect.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
The John Cook tasting was carried out by adding 10ml of nicotine booster in the flask in order to obtain a rate of 3mg / ml, the cotton used is Holy Fiber from home HOLY JUICE LAB, the power set to 40W in order to obtain a rather “lukewarm” vapor.
With this configuration of vape, the inspiration is quite soft, the passage in the throat and the hit obtained are “average”. Indeed, the tangy notes of lemon can already be guessed.
On the expiration, the fruity flavors of the lemon are the ones that express themselves first, the citrus fruit is relatively faithful thanks to its very tangy and juicy notes.
These fruity flavors are then preceded by the lighter and much sweeter ones of the meringue. A creamy and very sweet meringue which softens the whole in the mouth by enveloping the fruity flavors, the meringue comes to close the tasting.
This liquid can be suitable for any type of material, with an airy draw the acidity of the lemon fades somewhat but the greedy notes of the meringue are then very diffuse. A smaller edition allows you to keep the right balance of the recipe, it is this option that I like the most.

My mood ticket on this juice
John Cook liquid is a gourmet type juice announced with the flavors of lemon meringue pie.
The juice has a good aromatic power especially concerning the fruity flavors of lemon, quite tangy and juicy, the citrus has very realistic scents and taste.
The gourmet flavors of the meringue are much lighter, they contribute to the gourmet notes of the recipe by enveloping the lemon, these notes are very sweet and creamy, they soften the whole at the end of the tasting.
I did not really manage to perceive the flavors of the shortbread, however that did not bother me insofar as I already find the opposition between the acidity of the lemon and the sweet and round notes of the meringue relatively well done and very pleasant on the palate.
The John Cook liquid obtains a score of 4,59 in the Vapelier, it therefore obtains its deserved “Top Juice” thanks in particular to the relatively well-made olfactory and taste renders of the lemon.
