Comments on the packaging

Mmm, I guess that pirate hasn't set foot on the deck of a ship with a cutlass in a long time. He's a bit like me, he's gained two or three kilos with age. (Editor's note: two or three? 🤣). Finally, as is, it takes place within the armored division of Mixup Labs, the aptly named Chubbiz Gourmand range.

The Basque manufacturer therefore returns with a gourmet tobacco which will be, if I count correctly, the second in the collection after an excellent Fat Cowboy. Let's hope he succeeds as well as his Rican colleague in impressing our taste buds.

Dressed in a 70ml bottle filled with 50ml of aroma, the gallows game is waiting for you to lengthen it. And not by hanging it high and short but rather by adding 10 or 20 ml of boosters and/or neutral base to make it more presentable in society. You can thus go from 0 to 6 mg/ml of nicotine according to your choice.

Following the house custom, the recipe is assembled on a 30/70 base entirely of vegetable origin. No oil here, we're on a galleon, sailor, and as soon as the wind blows, I'll leave. The viscosity of the juice being important, it will take place in an atomizer capable of vaporizing it in the best conditions or, failing that, in a cell whose key you have thrown away.

The reward for his capture is 19.90 €, the normal price for a thug of this ilk. But, if you are feeling adventurous, there is also a 100ml bottle for €26.90, here.

In short, immediate boarding towards Turtle Island, wooden legs and toothless first!

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

Her Majesty's provost will find nothing wrong with it, the crew is complete in terms of safety and transparency. Everything is in good working order, we can cast off!

A small telephone number for consumer service and that would be wonderful! But we quibble, we quibble.

Comments on the packaging

The bottle label does not feature the typical Jolly Roger of the buccaneer but shows us a good-natured pirate captain whose abdominal chocolate bars have evolved into a pot of chocolate spread, all against a backdrop of a palm tree, galleon and a mod. by hand anyway.

It's very nice, correctly made and, faith of scoundrel, well illustrative of the name of the product!

Comments on the taste of the juice

After a few seconds of tasting, a thought crosses my mind: Mixup Labs should make gourmet tobacco more often because the result is very convincing. After the epic Fat Cowboy from the same range, the Fat Pirate gives us a radically different interpretation of the genre, more gourmet but just as successful.

The part devoted to Nicot grass is materialized by a soft and ripe blond, full of sun, which nevertheless remains very present throughout the puff and spoils the recipe well. Its slightly spicy notes typical of a Virginia let it shine through over the length in the ocean of delicacies that awaits us.

The gourmet part is striking. Very unctuous, almost creamy, it reveals notes of sweet cereals, the sweetness of a milk caramel and the magic of a rum that encompasses everything without disturbing the party with too much power. At the turn of a puff, touches of nuts, indeterminate for me, pleasantly color the mix by making it more mysterious.

The recipe is, as often with the manufacturer, very inspired and surprises with its taste perfection. The balances are calculated to the millimeter and neither the tobacco nor the gluttony have to deplore a lack of tone one compared to the other.

The finish in the mouth, notable in the category, takes long seconds to die down and delivers the ultimate relief of the harshness of the tobacco mixed with notes of cane sugar.

A liquid that is easy to recommend to fans of the category as well as to others. To be honest, a delight.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

To vape facing the ocean on high tide days, in duet with an espresso or an amber or peated alcohol.

The aromatic power is very good, so you can open the hatches wide if you wish to accentuate the gourmet effect or close them a little to smell the tobacco grating on your tongue.

Although it is quite possible to lengthen it by 20 ml, I advise you to stick to 10 in order to keep its incredible taste load.

  • Can this juice be recommended as an all-day vape: Yes

Overall average (excluding packaging) of the Vapelier for this juice: 4.59 / 5 4.6 5 out of stars

My mood ticket on this juice

Mixup Labs is once again proving its mastery of gourmet things and the Fat Pirate, not content with being brilliantly in line with the general quality of the range, brings a new stone to the taste building specific to the brand.

What to ask why the hell do not we find these liquids everywhere? Should we understand that the managers of retail chains or online shops have definitely lost their sense of taste or that it is more lucrative to bet on yet another clone to think of attracting consumers? I am confused…

In any case, at the Vapelier, we don't have this type of modesty and when a liquid is good, we say so and when it is excellent, like here, we stick a Top Vapelier on it!
