Today, we are going to the Basque coast to observe whether, on a clear sky, the sun setting over the ocean will gratify us with its mythical ultimate green ray. Finally, more prosaically, we will especially test a new liquid in the large Mixup Labs family, the Fat Cowboy!
Imagine that this liquid is also a gourmet tobacco! Yes Madam ! The uninhibited gourmet specialist is also making a splash! The manufacturer also has a dedicated Ecig Blends range that it has never entrusted to us to evaluate. These Basques, you know them, they always keep the best for them! (Editor's note: But tell me, wouldn't you be Basque too? 🤔) (Note From Me: uh…. only by birth and origin over 15 generations, that doesn't count... 🙄).
The Fat Cowboy comes, like the other references in the range, in a 70 ml bottle filled with 50 ml of overdosed aroma. It is up to you, according to your choices and needs, to add 10 or 20 ml of boosters and/or neutral base to have a ready-to-vape between 0 and 6 mg/ml of nicotine.
The price of 50 ml is 19.90 € but a more gourmet format exists, in 100 ml, for 26.90 €, available here.
As usual, the liquid is assembled on a solid 30/70 PG/VG base which has the particularity of being totally of vegetable origin. It is clear, since we know the range well, that this combo is generally a total success for the manufacturer, both in terms of taste and health.
Since this is the first gourmet tobacco I'm going to taste from Mixup Labs, I feel a little nervous, I put on my white blouse, my white gloves and my green underpants and I'm yours!

As usual, the packaging is square, legible, clear and illustrative of the surname of the juice. Here, a plump cowboy, drawn in cartoon fashion, welcomes us with a vape set-up in one hand and a gun in the other, a way of signifying that we are shooting critics on sight! 🤣
It's nice, fun and it fits well with the brand. No complaints.

Comments on the taste of the juice
The Fat Cowboy is very amazing and it's a great quality in a generally very sanitized category.
A gourmet tobacco can be two things. Either it is above all tobacco and we feel some light notes of delicacies at the turn of a puff. This is the slightly old-school version but still present. Either it is above all a gourmet tinged with a slight touch of tobacco to establish the recipe, a more modern version of recent years. In a sentence, one aspect is often the alibi of the other.
Here we have a mutant, a new category apart, since the manufacturer has decided to offer us a liquid cut in half, half tobacco, half gourmet.
And it works perfectly!
First, we have a blond tobacco from a blend between Virginia for the general color and Burley for a full face power! Completely assumed and finely leathered, it gives great personality to the liquid and is aggressive, in the good sense of the term, a little harsh as connoisseurs like it but full of sunshine all the same to give it a finely sweet appearance.
The second effect occurs in the middle of the puff and we then discover an exceptional gourmet mixture that replaces the plant. A subtle but creamy vanilla cream, notes of chocolate that harmonize with the reminiscences of tobacco. Discreet cereal notes accommodate the vanilla and a hint of confectionery blends into the game to ensure the necessary sugar level.
It's complex, enjoyable, perfectly regressive and totally perfect! The half and half recipe works perfectly. We lose neither the gluttony nor the tobacco but the two coexist in a taste osmosis of great quality and fairness.

You will need a good big atomizer or an edgy pod to pass the high viscosity of the liquid. But it will be a lesser evil. Airy draws will be welcome because the aromatic power of Fat Cowboy is very important. He can therefore accept 10 or 20 ml of booster or base without complex.
To vape solo or in duo on a good espresso, it's divine.
