The Dark Story range from Alfaliquid represents the premium branch of this French vape giant.
Presented in 20ml tinted glass bottles, these juices have a median PG / VG ratio of 50/50. This range is therefore broad and is oriented more towards the flavor aspect than that of the big cloud. Available in 0, 6, 11 and 16 mg, it thus asserts its desire to cast a wide net.
The family is still growing and welcomes four new juices. Devil Night is the first to hit the grill, mouahahahaha! Yes I know this joke sucks. Ok I'm leaving…

Comments on the packaging
Each bottle of the Dark Story collection has its own visual.
In the case of our Nuit d'Enfer, a devil with a face very similar to Darth Maul, the index finger placed on the lips as if to suggest a complicit silence takes place at the center of the label.
Below the demon, the name of the juice. The whole is very dark, black bottle, label dominated by black symbolizing the night. It's rather pretty, the name, the illustration, even if I wonder with fear the link between the name and the flavor. It is therefore for me, a bit touting.
But objectively it is more than correct and we are well compared to the commercial segment in which the juice evolves.

Comments on the taste of the juice
To translate the Devil Night, Alfaliquid has chosen to combine licorice, lemon balm, anise, spearmint and frosted mint.
As is often the liquorice, strong enough in aroma, which opens the ball. It's pretty cool, we start the puff with a bagged bus, then arrives a drink dear to the camper and other fans of outdoor aperitifs: the parrot.
Everything is rather fresh, and thankfully, because otherwise the mixture would be heavy quickly. I'm not a big fan of this kind of flavor, especially in prolonged use, but I recognize that the mixture is skilfully made, which brings a good balance and makes a nice liquid.

My mood ticket on this juice
Another recipe well mastered by Alfaliquid.
A pleasant and balanced liquid, even if for me liquorice and anise do not inspire me a continuous vape, but rather a juice to be reserved at specific times: around an aperitif, in the evening out or cocooning on the deckchair, on the terrace. An evil potion for selected moments.
A good juice, precise and well controlled flavors, even if, on a slight downside, I will speak a little about the lack of soul. Not that this juice is not successful, but more about the name, the slightly bling-bling visual ensemble, which is perhaps a bit far from our recipe.
In short, a good occasional liquid, that you can not miss if the flavors exposed speak to you.
