We received at the Vapelier some of the recipes from - once again - the Mecca of e-liquids: the Bordeaux region.
814, since it is them that it is, is based in this beautiful metropolitan province on the Atlantic coast and has chosen the history of France as the inspiration for its many creations.
Le Clodion, a pretext for this evaluation is no exception to the rule. Clodion, nicknamed “Le Chevelu” - like me - is considered the third king of France, chief of the Saliens, the main tribe of the Franks. Born around 400, he died around 448 after ascending to the throne in 428.
The TPD did not get the better of the 814 flaconning which always does honor to this noble material: glass.

No mention of the possible presence of distilled water or alcohol, I deduce that the recipe does not include. The impasse is also appropriate for diacetyl, paraben and ambrox.

If the famous white label is now well known, it shows that it can be simple and beautiful.
The whole is harmonious, the effigy adapted to the character lending his name to the recipe conferring a very particular identity.
Flaconning continues to trust the glass with a pipette of the same material.
History to find fault, we could perhaps blame the bottle for not being more opaque to protect the content of UV rays

Comments on the taste of the juice
The brand announces a Classic - understand: tobacco - blond, soft and suave.
In fact, I found the assemblage certainly blond but powerful and intense. I even concede to you to have checked on the vial the rate of nicotine to assure me 4 mg / ml chosen so much I found the powerful hit.
As is often the case with the 814 brand, I took some time to evaluate the recipe because the first puffs do not reveal all the secrets.
With further hindsight, it is obvious that this number belongs to the category of “worked” juices.
I define this mixture as a burley whose power has been contained but with obvious expression. I even found aromas of cocoa bean type allowing Clodion to ogle a little on the greedy side.
As previously expressed, this potion can be discovered over time and over the milliliters, it is nevertheless obvious that we are in the presence of a majority tobacco, frank and massive but with an obvious vape for lovers of this type of flavors .
As usual, the steam is beautiful, white and dense. More than might suggest 40% vegetable glycerin.

Personally, I appreciate this kind of dripper recipe.
The test on Rdta confirms that the juice holds its place, nevertheless it seems to me to lose precision in the restitution of flavors.
If it needs to be repeated, but you have certainly made the point, this e-liquid is not made for very airy devices, which generate large clouds.

My mood ticket on this juice
I'm starting this round of 814 reviews by the Clodion and the least we can say is that it starts off auspiciously.
Here we are in the presence of a “worked” juice which requires a little time to fully reveal itself; the whole is really very well made.
My only downside is taste. Burley tobacco is unique in the multitude of varieties available and this blend is a bit typical. It will be perfect for fans of the genre but may put off some. For my part, I am not an absolute fan.
In any case, no serious criticism is to be formulated against it. Add to that a confection that has been entrusted to LFEL and you have a potion above all suspicion.
