Comments on the packaging

If we are celebrating ten years of existence of Airmust this year, it is not insignificant. The liquidator from Orleans has fought hard to gain its glory in the world of clouds and has become, over the years, a key player in French vaping. A position that the brand has worked hard to consolidate in 2023 by multiplying successes such as the Paperland range, reviewed in our pages, which is a delight for fruit lovers.

In order to accompany us during this winter period, the manufacturer draws the supreme weapon: gourmands! And even a whole range! This is the Ekinox range, each of the four references of which follows an identical pattern.

First, the PG/VG rate, set at 50/50. A wise compromise which has long proven itself by maintaining a good aromatic presence but also a generous volume of vapor.

Then, each of these liquids does without sucralose, which is not worse for your health.

Finally, the four daltons of gluttony benefit from an identical price of €19.90 which places them in the average for the category.

Today we see the first of them, the Biscuit Café, which comes to us in a 70 ml bottle carrying 50 ml of overdosed aroma. It will therefore be up to you to add 10 ml of booster or neutral base, or even 20 ml of neutral base or 10 ml of booster and 10 ml of neutral base depending on whether you want to vape it in 0, 3 or 6 mg/ml. For the test, I chose to extend it by a single booster. Rather a good choice even if I don't want to tease the rest!

Well, Biscuit Café, I don't know about you but it reminds me of things! And since I'm an amateur, I'm going for it!

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

Here, we work well and safely! Everything is there, it's not very complicated. Including mentions often absent from the competition such as the use of furaneol for the ten people in France who must be allergic to it. We surf between the figures imposed by the legislator which demonstrate that vaping players have long taken the problem of transparency head on. It's perfect.

Comments on the packaging

Interesting packaging which features a central character, a snake, here nestled on a very festive metallic green background. Why a snake? No doubt to recall the tempting creature from the Garden of Eden? Or not, everyone being free to interpret it.

In any case, it's well done, flashy enough to be easily spotted on shop shelves. We note the name of the range in large right in the center of the label, the surname of the liquid in smaller below and a friendly “Serpens Lacrima” in script font buried in the background which aims to demonstrate that we speak Latin at Orleans! The serpent's tear? No doubt an esoteric ingredient borrowed from some alchemist?

The mystery will remain complete, but between the name of the range which suggests the autumn equinox, one of the times of the year where the length of the day equals the length of the night and the Latin mention, we would see ourselves in the A wizard's lair.

Comments on the taste of the juice

Amazing!

Imagine yourself in your kitchen, pouring a filter coffee into a bowl. You sweeten it very lightly. You add a dab of milk. You follow ? Then, you grab one of these traditional biscuits created by Lefevre Utile in the 19th century, yes the one with the four ears which represent the seasons, the 52 teeth which illustrate the weeks and the 24 points which represent the hours.

You dip said cookie in coffee, bring it to your mouth and enjoy.

Well, that’s exactly what you get with Biscuit Café. The taste of butter dipped in homemade coffee. And it's divine. Plus, there's no excess sugar here. The liquid is rather dry and delicious, like The Thing, to give you context. Little by little, the notes become clearer. The coffee is omnipresent but the cereal touches of the biscuit become clearer with each puff.

The recipe is very successful and the perfect balance. We understand better why the juice is not called Coffee and Biscuit, the two separate elements, but Biscuit Café, because it is all the flavor of the soaked biscuit which is emulated here in a very convincing way.

As for the snake tear, it is undoubtedly the one we shed while tasting this liquid, prisoner like everyone else of our childish nostalgia.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

As we have seen, the liquid is certainly greedy but quite possible for all-day use thanks to its sugar content. Likewise, its average viscosity means it can be vaped on all possible devices, including pods.

To be consumed warm/hot, we are not savages, in MTL if you like precision or in RDL for a good flavor/sensation compromise. Obviously, it will be perfect with an espresso but also with hot chocolate. That’s good, it’s cold!

Recommended Moments

  • Recommended times of the day: Morning, Morning - coffee breakfast, Morning - chocolate breakfast, End of lunch / dinner with a coffee, All afternoon during everyone's activities, Early evening to relax with a glass, End of the evening with or without herbal tea, The night for insomniacs

Overall average (excluding packaging) of the Vapelier for this juice: 4.59 / 5 4.6 5 out of stars

My mood ticket on this juice

My goodness, we are discovering this Ekinox range with an excellent liquid which will please, I guarantee, all lovers of gourmands and coffee. The reason lies in a great audacity in the words, a great mastery of balance and a sugary wisdom in the execution.

In short, a juice to vape 24 hours a day. And as a bonus, a Top Vapelier!
