Congo Custard or Congo Cream is a liquid made in Canada by Vapor Co and is part of a range of liquid 8: "Twelve Monkeys". It is packaged in a clear glass bottle for a capacity of 30ml, its cap is equipped with a glass pipette and its closure is perfectly safe. This bottle is supplied with a sealed cap proving that it is new.
The nicotine levels for this product are offered in 0mg, 3mg, 6mg and 12mg. As for the base liquid, it is composed of 30% propylene glycol and 70% vegetable glycerin.
It is a liquid that ranks in the category of fruity gourmands.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects
Although the compliance is not quite in accordance with French legislation, this Canadian product still offers a suitable e-liquid in the matter.
The embossing marking is absent, the vapoteur can not join a consumer service if necessary or for additional information, the vegetable glycerin level is barely visible under the nicotine level in very small, the prohibition of the product is made for less than 19 years (!) and the danger pictogram is not up to standard even if a skull is clearly visible.
On the other hand, the batch number with the expiry date, the usual precautions and the duplicate entries, in French and in English are found. We also know that this product is guaranteed without diacetyl, paraben and ambrox.
Conformity unfortunately undermined by a manufacturer who is not well informed to adapt its e-liquid to the European market.

Comments on the packaging
The packaging is really nice and catches the eye but the name of Congo Custard let me imagine a custard mixed with vanilla, coconut or banana. It's a shame because the packaging does not allow for a single moment the presence of strawberry.
However, the graphic organization is well structured on the label. The central part exhibits the design with the name of the range, the liquid, that of the laboratory "Vapor Co", the capacity, the nicotine level and just below that of the vegetable glycerin.
On both sides of the image, the same information is provided, one in French and the other in English. These listings provide us with certain precautions for use and use and the composition of the liquid with the place of manufacture (Ontario).

Comments on the taste of the juice
Although we have a natural Madagascar vanilla flavor, I have the impression that the second Bourbon vanilla and the strawberry are rather artificial flavors.
The Congo Custard is a heavy sweet liquid with a loaded (pasty) appearance in the mouth, it is round and creamy with ingredients that combine well together, yet when I vape, I feel something awkward and diffuse in the recipe , which prevents me from appreciating each element.
Even if this liquid remains correct, its texture lacks fluidity and realism in the restoration of flavors.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
The vapor of this liquid is very thick, the hit is normal.
The flavors vary very little between a dripper 40W or tank 23W, the chemical taste remains present in both cases.

My mood ticket on this juice
I was very excited to vape this liquid. The label is pretty, the packaging attractive, but in the end I am still disappointed with a juice for which I expected better. Apart from the very fragrant and round Madagascan vanilla, the other aromas disappoint and introduce a pronounced chemical aspect that interrupts all taste magic. The Custard aspect is heavy with a creaminess that turns out compact to leave an excess of sweetener at the end of the mouth.
Unfortunately for the legal and safety aspects, it is not that either, but a big effort was made by the Canadian manufacturer to offer us a sanitary product compliant with a very nice packaging.
A liquid that vows sparingly and that I do not advise in allday.
