MotorMouth Social Club is an American company from Tarzana, Los Angeles which offers us an entry-level range but American style. Already, the price calls out because these juices are found in France at around 8.50 € for 20ml, which makes them one of the cheapest juices on the market on a PG / VG basis in 40/60.
The packaging is quite rigorous, to be compared to the really low price and really only overlooks the PG / VG rate. Otherwise it is fine and the information, although in English, is clear.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects
The worst is avoided and the 1% rises above the average thanks to its child safety. For the rest, nothing really complies with French law and the product totally lacks transparency. No DLUO, no batch number, no pictogram, at bedtime !!!! We would have liked the importer to make the effort to add a small label to make this product compliant. Too bad… Note however the raised marking for the visually impaired which appears on the top of the cap.

Comments on the packaging
The packaging is nice and capitalizes on a very Hell's Angel logo which sends us somewhere between L'Equipée Sauvage and Sons Of Anarchy. Especially since the name of the product, 1% st refers to the Outlaws, a Motor Club well known in the United States and which is supposed to represent 1% of all bikers, the other 99 % being the good fathers of perfectly integrated families. The remaining 1% represents the more typical Bad Boys branch. The label is well illustrated and somewhat awakens the “rebellious” aspect that sleeps in all of us.

Simplicity, efficiency. We are not here, far from it, on a complex liquid to tear our hair. The recipe is based on two preponderant elements: a dark tobacco sometimes pulling on the cigar and a good shot of Whiskey with a nice barrel flavor! It's good, canaille as possible and it does not ignore a strong hit and a little aggressiveness in the mouth that changes gourmet and creamy juices. Here, it's dry, full-bodied. “You have to admit… it's brutal.”…

My mood ticket on this juice
A very good liquid for fans of dry and nervous juices. Lovers of dripping cream or delicate fruits, flee without looking back. The 1% is simple: tobacco plus whiskey! The style of juice that is used as much to fill an ato tank as the tank of the bike in case of dry out. Frankly interesting with a strong coffee, it vapors very well whatever the atomizer used. Even if its level of VG is quite high, we still have a relatively fluid liquid that will suit a maximum of devices.
To this, we must not forget its incredible price of 8.50 € for 20ml! So, if you feel yourself pushing a black helmet on your head and a leather jacket, do not hesitate to try it for sensations that we thought have disappeared in today's vaping. A real good juice. The final note does not fully pay tribute to him but it does take into account the direct importation of the bottle which undoubtedly corresponds to the Rican safety standards but not to ours. Here, the roads are narrower, we can live less in “Easy Rider” and again, it seems that it could get worse….
