What status for vaping and its communities?
Neither tobacco product nor medicine, vaping transforms the fight against smoking and its public policies: 6 million Europeans have already definitively quit smoking, without really benefiting from clearly claimed institutional support. How then to understand the emergence of vaping, from the point of view of interactions between users, scientists, health actors and vaping professionals? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the “vaping world” and the rights and duties of each of its components?
