The East of France has always given us great successes. From Bugatti to Gutenberg via Sébastien Loeb, there are many examples. In the vape, the balance sheet is not tarnished since the region is home to two jewels of the hexagonal clouds. And one of them is Flavor Hit.
The brand returns to us with a liquid soberly named Muscovado which will occupy us today. It comes from the Essentials range which has made the heyday of vapers and, more particularly, the “Blend” part. Translation, it will be a tobacco that presents itself as greedy, which will delight lovers of the category that some consider queen.
The Muscovado comes in a 60 ml bottle carrying 50 ml of aroma on board. It will therefore be easy to extend the dose of 10 ml of booster or neutral base in order to obtain a mixture ready to vape between 0 and 3 mg/ml.
The recipe is assembled on a 50/50 PG/VG basis. We can therefore expect a nice balance of taste and a respectable volume of vapor.

The manufacturer advises of the presence of water in the recipe but, since my body is made up of 65% of it, it suits me perfectly and I don't know of any allergies to this particular liquid. Nor to others... 😁

We remain in the great house tradition with careful packaging. It is square, clear, well ordered. All the information is in its right place and perfectly readable. This sobriety is not devoid of a certain elegance even if others do better, more lounge or more vintage in the category.

Comments on the taste of the juice
Even if it means pushing open doors, I remind you that gourmet tobacco must be both tobacco and gourmet. With Muscovado, this rule of two applies to the letter.
We first have in the mouth a very obstinate blend of tobacco which develops blonde accents of Virginian whose typical bitterness we appreciate, mature enough all the same to remain civilized, It is enriched by the presence of a burley, just to gain strength and thickness.
A twist of sugar completes the presence of tobacco. A spicy rapadura-type sugar, carrying honey and liquorice notes, which will at the same time soften the ardor of the Nicot grass while bringing a very island character.
A very appropriate touch of vanilla seems to combine with the presence of a note of rum on the finish in the mouth to gently flavor the tasting.
The result is complex and very soft to vape. We are not on a pirate tobacco but rather on an aromatic gentleman's blend to vape by the fire in a club chair. The "fault" lies with a very balanced recipe that does not commit any impasse but which takes care never to fall into caricature.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
Muscovado is a typical liquid to be vaped all day. It particularly appreciates RDL or MTL atomizers but will also be able to adapt to an aerial draw because its aromatic power is notable.
We will make sure to vape it warm / hot to accentuate the comforting aspects. In duet with an espresso or a tea, to your taste, or an amber alcohol for an aperitif in moderation (the aperitif not the Muscovado 😂) and even and especially solo to appreciate all the generosity.

Perfectly successful in its category, the Muscovado will not struggle to find amateurs who will swear by it.
