As its name suggests, the Lemon Splash invites us to discover lemon in all its forms.
Here, it is particularly seductive by mixing with great acuity a majority yellow lemon and a lime whose vegetal notes disperse according to the puffs.
The great strength of the liquid is to juggle the raw realism of citrus fruits without falling into the usual excess of sugar in this category. Thus, our lemons are very tangy, full of tonicity, almost vitaminized. The juice is almost sparkling, like lemonade.
The sugar is present, just enough not to feel the astringent effect of the aroma and goes wonderfully with a recipe that must have required a lot of work to achieve such precision in taste.
A present but modest veil of cold accompanies the cocktail gently while ensuring the freshness necessary to emulate fruits just taken out of the refrigerator.
