We are not born number one, we become it. By dint of work, questioning and great flexibility to adapt in real time to the changing desires of users.
We no longer present Alfaliquid which is the number 1 in France, historically and commercially. On the other hand, we can present the e-liquid of this day which has been out for some time, the Hip Pop Monkeys.
This one is available in Shake And Vape format of 50 ml of aroma in a perfectly sized bottle to accommodate in addition 10 ml of neutral base or booster. Enough to easily obtain, given the ingenious filling system, 60 ml of ready-to-use liquid in 0 or 3 mg/ml of nicotine.
The chosen base is in 50/50 PG/VG, a great classic at Alfa, and therefore promises us a good balance between flavors and vapor.

The design of the packaging is finally quite playful, which is quite new for the Alsatian manufacturer that we have often known to be more conventional in its graphic choices.
That's good, the vape obviously conveys a message of healthiness for those who smoke but it also promotes pleasure and no, is not a taboo word when talking about smoking cessation.
The illustration reveals a family of very stylish hip hop simians against the backdrop of an amusement park. The monkeys are there, the music too, the fiesta is at the rendezvous. We are therefore right on the name of the liquid! It's well done, funny and it doesn't take your head.

Comments on the taste of the juice
The difficulty, when testing a new liquid every day, is to maintain one's ability to marvel at each reference and above all to avoid judging a liquid on its category.
Here we have indeed a recipe that is absolutely available in all brands, like fresh berries. It therefore becomes complicated to distinguish between things and to visualize what will differentiate one recipe from another.
In the case of Hip Pop Monkeys, it's easier than I had originally thought. We have indeed a very different adaptation of the usual liquids.
To simplify, we will say that we are much more on a very vanilla and milky egg cream which creates the recurring theme of the blend. A custard therefore, credible, light in texture, not greasy, more gastronomic than junk-food.
On top rests a well recognizable and precise line of caramel which will at the same time sweeten the preparation and give it this pretty bitterness typical of homemade caramel.
A nice cereal dose, typical of corn of course but with some oat notes, tops it all off by validating the claimed popcorn aspect.
It's very tasty, very sweet, but have you ever tried to make sugar-free caramel? The recipe is impeccable, very textured in the mouth and perfectly balanced.
Less caramel popcorn than vanilla custard/popcorn caramel and it is this difference that illustrates the liquid.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
Reduced viscosity equals increased compatibility with many atomizers or pods. In this sense, the Hip Pop Monkeys will appeal to all gourmets who vape.
Quite conceivable as an all-day for those with a sweet tooth, it will be perfect with a sugar-free espresso, a hot chocolate, on a vanilla ice cream that it will scoop up or on its own, selfishly.
Raise the temperature a bit. Its aromatic power allows it to face strong aeration without problem but it will be at its best in RDL.

Alfaliquid is doing very well from the challenge of using a hackneyed recipe while offering a different reading. We expected no less from the great manufacturer.
The Hip Pop Monkeys is a very successful gourmand that will delight lovers of caramel popcorn but also fans of custard. A well-balanced in-between that earns its stripes hands down and, by the way, a Top Vapelier!
