For its 10th anniversary, the Corrézien D'Lice is resuming its great classics in an XL range. Established in the world of vaping since 2009, D'Lice has developed its own range of liquids and is aimed at first-time vapers as well as experienced vapers. The Vapelier reviews the liquids of this range which, today, brings back its Strawberry!
Strawberry which is now packaged in a large format flexible plastic bottle filled with 50ml of liquid but leaving room to add one or two nicotine boosters. After mixing, you will get 60ml of liquid dosed in 3mg / ml of nicotine or 70ml dosed in almost 6mg / ml. D'Lice recommends supplementing the liquid with base if you are vaping in 0 because it is overdosed in aroma. The recipe is based on a PG / VG ratio of 50/50 for the balance between flavor and vapor, and above all to be used on all materials. Its little brother in 10ml is not based on the same basis since its PG / VG ratio is 80/20. The flavors will definitely be more intense, but since I haven't tested it, I wouldn't draw a parallel.
The price of Fraise XL is € 19,90 at all the good resellers of the range and that places it in entry-level liquids.

D'Lice specifies the use of furanol in the recipe. Furaneol is a natural component found in strawberries, tomatoes and other fruits. It is often used for the strawberry flavor in confectionery.
I underline the clarity of the manufacturer and especially its obtaining of the AFNOR standard for all its liquids, an obvious pledge of sustained efforts to commit to a healthy vape!

Comments on the packaging
The liquids in the XL range have the same simple, sober and efficient design. The color code of the product corresponds to its flavor. For Strawberry, the color chosen is obviously red. The name of the liquid is written in a large banner and the brand name is written next to it.
I don't have much to say about the visual, because in fact there isn't. The information on the back of the label is present and too small to be read without a magnifying glass BUT a QR code will save you because if you use it, it will refer you to the D'Lice web page and you can get information on the produced correctly.

Comments on the taste of the juice
Strawberry is a mono-aroma liquid and that doesn't mean it's easy to make. Mono-flavors, on the contrary, are very difficult because they cannot hide the flavor behind another and achieving the precise flavor is extremely complicated. The strawberry all the more because we put our memory, our feelings in our palate and this, since childhood.
When I open the bottle, I smell a spring strawberry. The one that lacks a little sun, the first picked. In the taste test, my impressions are confirmed. The strawberry flavor is light, more typical of chewing gum than natural strawberry. It's nice, but it looks more like a candy than a strawberry from my garden.
The vapor is normal, slightly odorous. The aromatic power is not very important, the flavor does not stay long in the mouth. I am a little disappointed because I expected a natural strawberry given what I had read on the description.
That said, it remains a very nice strawberry-candy liquid to vape.

Strawberry is a very light liquid, adaptable to all equipment, which is more aimed at first-time vapers looking for a liquid with a slightly sweet strawberry flavor, not disgusting and easy to identify, which is important.
The balanced PG / VG ratio will allow them to use it on any device. Personally, I would choose a restricted DL clearomizer to preserve the flavors and I would control the power of the equipment around 25 W. You can, of course, use it all day.

Strawberry remains pleasant to vape from time to time, but if you have a picky and hardened palate with the vape, it will perhaps disappoint you because it is more conducive to the confectioner's moment than to the natural moment. If you are looking for a slightly sweet strawberry flavor, like chewing gum, this will delight you.
