Dinner Lady is an emblematic brand of the international vape galaxy. The well-known English manufacturer has solid references, both taste and commercial, in the creation of e-liquids. It was therefore only a matter of time for the manufacturer from across the Channel to invest in the flourishing market of the puff, this disposable e-cigarette which, if it is not the best innovation, far from it. , in terms of ecology, has the advantages of being extremely easy to use in order to extend a saving hand to our smoking friends.
The brand has therefore put its generous catalog to work and offers us no less than ten flavors all badged Made In UK, which presents a novelty to report when 99% of competing puffs use Chinese liquid. Ten flavors for the French market out of thirteen existing in England.
A quality finish!
The Vape Pen by Dinner lady is above all an aesthetic. Cylindrical in shape, which will not surprise anyone, we notice a very contained format with a height of 106 mm, a diameter of 10.5 mm and a weight of 25 g. The shape is therefore rather thin, ultimately quite close to an analog cigarette. It is ideal in grip and very natural in the mouth. We are surprised to reinvent the typical gesture, between the wedging between the middle finger and the index or the port "to the beak" well known to smokers.
Far from aping any attitude, this form factor has the advantage for the smoker of quickly finding themselves on familiar ground and of not being destabilized by the adoption of new practices.
The finish itself calls for no criticism.
The body is made of 304 stainless steel, covered according to the chosen aroma with a very beautiful metallic paint, sealed at both ends by plastic caps. The top one, marked with the manufacturer's logo, has an opening to release the steam into the mouth and the bottom one houses a discreet LED that lights up when aspiration is detected.
It is significant that, unlike many references, the manufacturer has chosen a delicate light signaling instead of the funfair animations usually in vogue in the category. We move away a little from flashy and manga objects likely to interest the youngest and we opt for a rational aesthetic and a little modesty welcome for the smoker. Cheer !
We therefore find a 350 mAh battery and a pre-filled reservoir of 1.5 ml of e-liquid dosed at 20 mg/ml of nicotine salts. Which seems sufficient for use over a day or so. The manufacturer announces about 400 puffs. Knowing that the result will depend above all on your aspirations, long or short, deep or light, and your personal consumption habits.
Unsurprisingly, the print is MTL, which seems consistent with the purpose of the object. The resistance displays a value of 1.6 Ω and the voltage output and the safety behavior of the device are controlled by an integrated circuit, so as to avoid any inconvenience. The cotton used as capillary is of organic origin and each flavor has been the subject of a very detailed safety sheet.
The power is contained, of course, and the development of flavors cannot reach the richness of more traditional equipment, but it is still sufficient. The hit is moderate, which is perfect for a beginner.
Seriousness is the dominant impression here. Dinner Lady seems to have perfectly understood the above all sanitary interest of this type of product and in no way risks its reputation by delivering a mature and safe product! The price generally observed of 4.90 € is very correct for a puff.

Red fruits give a great sweetness to the aroma and we guess an acidity linked to the delicate presence of a citrus fruit.

A realistic shortcrust pastry and a soft and sweet lemon cream cohabit for a credible rendering. It's excellent and faithful to the original liquid.
It is quite rare to vape greedy with a puff. So don't deprive yourself of it when it's successful like here!

We are far from the usual Chinese wanderings in this area and we will see without much surprise that when a manufacturer of European e-liquids really plays the game, we appreciate the taste variety, the incomparable quality of the aromas and a presentation above of any suspicion!
