E. Conclusions and comments of the Internet user author of the review

EHPro, known for its clones, also produces original and good quality material like the Billow.
This atomizer offers a range of configurations particularly interesting: it will be suitable for beginners in rebuildable as the most experienced.

Equipped with 2 air flow control screws located under the base, it allows you to independently adjust the air supply to each coil. In mono coil, it is therefore sufficient to close the air inlet under the location of the missing coil.
It has 2 air inlets on the sides of the base, 2,5mm each. These dimensions allow a significant air flow, almost at the level of a dripper. In maximum opening, it is used in direct inhalation.

The tray provides a comfortable space for mounting. It has 2 negative studs cut into the mass, and a positive stud to 2 inputs, which greatly facilitates the dual coil.
The holes of the studs are very wide, allowing large resistive wire diameters and low resistance assemblies.
We have 4 liquid arrivals. During editing, I realize short wicks that come into contact with arrivals, with just a few fibers that go down the channels.
When mounting in mono coil, it will be necessary to seal the unused arrivals with cotton to avoid too massive an arrival of juice.
The air inlets are located high up and not flush with the platform, a smart idea that considerably limits the risk of leaks.

The pyrex tank is thick and seems solid, and has a nice 5ml capacity.
However, there is no protection, so you have to be careful when traveling.
It is held at the bottom and at the top by thick, very robust silicone gaskets, and the top cap is screwed onto the chimney while firmly holding the assembly.

The threads are precise and deep, whether for the chimney or the top cap.

The filling is done from below, via a fairly large orifice located near the air flow adjustment screws. It may be a slight inconvenience when you are on the move, but the sleek design hardly allows other possibilities, and its capacity gives it a reasonable autonomy.

In the vape, the Billow keeps its promises:

Mounted in dual coil and Fiber Freaks density 1, air flow fully open, I get a thick and warm vapor (my juices are in 50/50), worthy of a small dripper.
The flavors are very well restored, whether for fruity aromas or tobacco.
The 5 ml capacity takes on its full meaning in this configuration: all this vapor, it has to come from somewhere 🙂 The consumption will therefore be accordingly.

In use, you will notice a few drops of liquid coming from the air flow adjustment screws.
It is too weak to qualify as a leak; if the air inlets in height do their job, it seems that the condensation manages to make its way ...

After several weeks of use, this ato has become one of my all days. It follows me everywhere, its large capacity gives it good autonomy, and despite the lack of protection of the pyrex tank, no mishap has happened to me.

In my opinion this atomizer is an excellent investment; it will easily accompany the evolutions of the vape (from mono to dual coil, tight draw to air), with superior quality for a very affordable price.
