Comments on the packaging

Quito is part of the 50/50 range from the Auvergne-based company Flavour Power . As expected, the PG/VG ratio is 50/50 for this liquid, in accordance with TPD regulations, packaged in a 10ml transparent PET bottle. With this percentage of vegetable glycerin, this juice is suitable for a wide range of atomizers, and the bottle's fine tip makes it easy to fill all devices.

Nicotine levels range from 0, 3, 6 to 12 mg / ml.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

No problems with the security aspects. Everything is there and in its proper place.

However, the average is weighted by the presence of water and ethanol, despite their proven harmlessness. As for alcohol, which is used in the juice's production, it is not mentioned on the label, and we only learned of its presence after consulting the manufacturer's website. This is unfortunate, especially since the laboratory is known for its complete transparency and high level of honesty.

I read online that Flavour Power e-liquids contain substances with proven allergenic potential, the author of the article even going so far as to issue a warning. Let's set the record straight. These professionals readily provide their Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and it's true that Quito, for example, contains "CINNAMIC ALDEHYDE." This substance, found in cinnamon, can be allergenic, that's true, but only in large quantities. At the dosages used in our e-liquids, there is therefore no risk. Except perhaps for PMMA tanks… I tested Quito primarily with a Hurricane atomizer equipped with this type of tank without any problems. However, I used about 7 ml, the other 3 ml being vaped on a dripper…

Appreciation of the packaging

Vapelier's note regarding packaging with regard to juice category: 5 / 5 5 5 out of stars

Comments on the packaging

Even if a feeling of uniformity predominates, it must be recognized that the work is well done despite a packaging of 10 ml which limits the creative aspect a little.

At Flavor Power the distinction of the different ranges is made by the color of the labels, white for Quito.

  • Definition of odor: Tobacco Cigar, Oriental (Spicy)
  • Definition of flavor: Spicy (oriental), Tobacco

  • This liquid reminds me: A good tobacco

Comments on the taste of the juice

There is no doubt about tobacco for Quito. A cigar-like tobacco but not too strong. His identity is marked but it does not become heady.
This recipe doesn't rely on just one flavor. Both the aroma and the vapor make the presence of a spice unmistakable. Cinnamon or cloves? I hesitate… but I'll go with cinnamon.

Here is the description of Flavour Power: “ A tobacco straight from Ecuador that will surprise you with its subtle and captivating taste .”

This liquid has a strong identity and it is sure that the refractory to this flavor will not adhere. For others, primo-vapers awaiting tobacco taste or just for the aficionados of which I am a part, the Quito shines with its realism.

Unlike other e-liquids in this category, it performs exceptionally well with airy draws and direct lung inhalation, though its versatility makes it equally enjoyable with tighter draws and mouth-to-lung vaping. In this configuration, it will remind you of your old cigarettes.

Tasting recommendations

  • Recommended power for optimal taste: 47 W

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

Like any self-respecting tobacco, Quito is best enjoyed on warm to hot vapors.
For my part, I found a good compromise with a Hurricane atomizer mounted in single coil at 0,36 ohm and Bacon 2.0 cotton.

My mood ticket on this juice

An equatorial universe for this Quito. However, this potion does not come from South America but from our own region, Auvergne.

This recipe is still a nice surprise, the 50/50 range and the references I have evaluated so far have all been successful.

Certainly, the liquid is intended for certain categories of vapers which are not among the most represented, but the Quito will know how to seduce them. As usual, the aromas are good and of high quality. The assembly demonstrates a high level of experience and know-how.

This juice does not fear to be a little jostled and its 50% of vegetable glycerin will produce beautiful fragrant clouds especially that the presence and the length in the mouth are precisely measured.

And everything is offered at an entry level price of € 5,90; you will have no difficulty finding it for even less at Flavor Power distributors.

See you soon for new hazy adventures,

About the Author

Follower of the tobacco vape and rather "tight" I do not balk in front of good greedy clouders. I love flavor-oriented drippers but am very curious about the evolutions of our common passion for personal vaporizers. Good reasons to make my modest contribution here, no?
