Yuzu is an Asian citrus fruit that is said to be the cross between mandarin and lemon. Don't worry, I don't have the science, I just did like everyone else and checked out Wikipedia…. So for the Yuzu's kiss, I'm expecting a tangy, naughty feeling!
We have often mentioned here the Dark Story range which has regularly pleased reviewers for the excellence of its recipes. Yuzu Kiss is, for me, the last piece of the puzzle in this collection of excellent juices.
As usual, the conditioning does not suffer from any problem. All the mentions necessary for consumer information are present, even if some are difficult to read for moles of my kind, and clearly announce the color of the “old house”: “We are doing well or we are not!”

Comments on the packaging
A zen and successful label, with a welcome Asian design and illustrated with talent. A very flattering black glass bottle that protects against ultraviolet rays. A pipette fine enough to fill your atomizer. You've got the trifecta in order.
The drawing shows a Yuzu next to a classic tea box. Behind, we have Japanese openings which show us a typical Japanese landscape with the Fuji-yama in the background, recognizable among a thousand by its crown of snow which surrounds it like a hat. We know very well where we are and we are already expecting Asian flavors.

Comments on the taste of the juice
The name of the juice does not lie.
It is indeed a taste of Yuzu that we first feel when we inhale the first puff. A civilized yuzu, without too demonstrative acidity, certainly softened by a sweeter citrus in the background. At the expiration, the tea takes hold. A tea without bitterness, rather close to an Earl Gray but it is undoubtedly the association with citrus fruits that suggests this analogy to me. I do not find the strength of black tea there, information that I find later on the site.
On the other hand, more diffuse, one sometimes feels the scent of verbena that comes to color in small touches the flavors already identified.
The recipe works very well. No acidity but acidity. No sugar but sweetness. No strangeness but “herbal” notes. A winning shot for fruity lovers.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
Best enjoyed on a flavored device, the juice having nothing of a liquid for power vapers. The Yuzu Kiss accepts without reluctance to climb the towers. At a higher power, the juice does not come apart. We have the feeling that the balance remains the same even if the perception of aromas is more virile. I found it perfect between 15 and 20W on a good rebuildable single coil or a good dripper. A resistance between 0.8 and 1.5Ω will suit it very well, the juice is not lost if you opt for an aerial draft.

My mood ticket on this juice
Another excellent juice in this range decidedly made of good surprises.
Although not a fruity lover, I took great pleasure in testing the Yuzu Kiss that I found very successful with its yin-yang balance between acidity and sweetness, bitterness and sugar. .
A Zen juice by definition, which strictly respects its purpose of making us travel and which will be as comfortable during a scorching summer as at the first low rays of the autumn sun.
It's decided, I'm taking earthquake, tsunami and nuclear power plant insurance and I'm off to Japan to find out more!
