Reviewer's comments on physical characteristics and perceived quality
At first glance, this xpro m50 seemed pretty good to me.
It is a little larger than an Istick the case is in aluminum / zinc alloy, the aluminum is sandblasted, anodized in a beautiful matt black (in my case).
The design is nice, one side has deep streaks that are used for heat dissipation, the other side is concave and accommodates the buttons. The buttons are not adjusted to the hair so it moves a little, it's not the disaster, it does not play maracas but we still knew better.
Conversely, the only thing that will pose a problem for some is the fact that the chipset is not encaspsulated, protected, isolated. So when you open the bottom cap to insert your battery, you will have an unobstructed view of the electronics on board the beast ... I know, it may sound strange, but at the same time, you weren't planning to wash the inside of the box with plenty of water, isn't it?
Everything is neatly assembled, but I know that it will shock some ... Personally it was my case the first days.
The overall feeling is still very positive and in my opinion the value for money remains very good, as shown by the score obtained: 3.1

This mod has it all right where it is needed. The securities are all there. The operation is simple, 5 clicks on, 5 clicks lock and three we enter the menu which allows either stopping the mod or switching to mod meca. The chipset gives you a smooth vape, and the puffs can go up to 12 seconds. There is no diameter limit, but above 22 mm it will overflow. The spring loaded pin guarantees the flushness of your setup. In short, I can feel it becoming my future mini box ...

The packaging is neat just enough. A very rigid cardboard box, the box is well wedged in a foam. Hidden above the USB cable and the ego adapter.
Again do not expect to find a notice in French. In short a correct conditioning in the right average, but not enough to unclog a bottle of champagne.

The product is very easy to use I have already told you about the use of the buttons. The battery is not easily changed, since it is necessary to remove the four screws of the bottom cap, at the same time smok recommends not to take out its battery too frequently, and advises to charge it via the USB port.
Note in passing that the mod can be used during its reloading.
No really, this little box will fully satisfy you I'm sure.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
I'll make it short. First of all I must tell you that it has been a month since I have been able to choose a compact box to accompany me on a daily basis. The mini cloupor, the mini ipv, the istick 30w, the sigeilei… everything goes, I can't hang on to anything…
And there I try this Xpro m50, well here I found it. Sober but original, the finish of this box is more than correct given its price. The grip is good and the coating has a non-slip side. The vape is smooth, well regulated by the chipset which appears to be an SX (at least that's what it is said). The buttons on the concave face assure you that there won't be any untimely triggering of the mod even if you forget to lock it before putting it in your pocket. We vape up to 65 watts is pretty good for a small thing of this size, and oh happiness, the mode can switch to “mechanical” vape (for the record, in this case the functions of the chipset are bypassed and as in the case of a mechanical mod, only the charge of the accumulator supplies the Atomizer, without any other form of regulation).
There you have it, nothing more to say, of course it's not a high end box, but we have here a companion for everyday life, versatile, compact, powerful, well thought out and affordable… what more could you ask for?
