Our evaluation today brings us to the extensive catalog of Alfaliquid juices and the equally complete Dark Story range to taste and sift through Winter Eyes.
With spearmint, Winter Green and frosted mint get ready and hang on tight because I think it should shake up the tonsils.
Here is the description of the recipe: ” This flavor, whose name is eminently poetic, drew its inspiration from a no less famous pastille, dear to Americans ..."
I received this liquid in 03 of nicotine but you can get it in 00, 06, 11 and 16 mg / ml. As usual, this range is offered in 50/50 PG / VG. The 20 ml bottle is made of tinted glass to protect the contents from light but this juice is also available in 10 ml and plastic bottle.

Comments on the packaging
The packaging of the Dark Story range (20 ml glass) is not new and has always highlighted the premium claim of this range. However, on this reference, we have no visual other than a background image, the meaning of which I do not really understand.
Without an answer from Alfaliquid, I risked making several hypotheses. Either the programmed stoppage of this packaging has pushed the manufacturer not to invest in a more “worked” visual, which would not be logical since visual there is on their website.
Either this style is reserved for the novelties of the Dark Story range. Or it is an interpretation of the TPD and the advertising / propaganda ban that pushed for this neutral aspect. Again, I don't see the logic too much since the image associated with Winter Eyes, on their website, cannot be compared to a temptation to consume the liquid ...
I remain in the dark but maybe Alfaliquid will give us a reason ...

Comments on the taste of the juice
This style of juice is not really my cup of tea but I have to admit that this one has a little extra touch of soul that arouses my curiosity. Let's quickly move on to the olfactory aspect because it's a bit medicated… you'll see why.
Ok, to be fresh, it's fresh, and I'm very happy to have received it in 03 mg / ml, the 00 would have been enough for me. 😉
So, I tried to see a little behind this balaclava aspect. Between spearmint and frosted mint, I work my way with the feeling of a little peppermint in the end.
On the other hand, not knowing Wintergreen or the famous US pastilles, I did my research. Wintergreen is a plant, a small shrub also called “lying wintergreen” which grows in the forests of North America, Canada and China and from which the leaves are harvested which, once dried and infused or chewed, are suitable for lower fever and calm joint pain. It can also be obtained from essential oil recognized for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
Of course, in our liquid, no fear. It is indeed an aroma and not essential oils but we undoubtedly have there the gustatory particularity of this juice leaving the beaten track.
The whole is a little sweet, just enough to be able to vape pleasantly. Finally, very fresh at first but not so brutal as feared at first.

It's a bit like you want and especially how you like. For my part, I favored a rather cold vapor and reasonable powers. It's because I have other juice to test, I have to keep my taste buds intact!
Of course on a dripper, it's brutal.
The sub-ohm? Well, it's you who sees but I advise you to avoid anyway. I conducted most of this review on an Avocado that I found quite comfortable with this Winter Eyes.

My mood ticket on this juice
Reading the description of this Winter Eyes, I never imagined being able to tell you the same.
I'm not going to turn my jacket over and tell you that I particularly enjoyed it, but this evaluation went much better than I expected.
This juice has the enormous advantage of not being easy and not copying existing productions on a flavor which, let's face it, can hardly surprise us anymore. Our status as editor at Vapelier allows us to step out of our comfort zone and I must admit that it is thanks to him that I discovered this recipe towards which I would never have gone in a personal capacity.
I think of the fans of this flavor, knowing that it is one of the most popular on the French market. And I don't think they are disappointed. This liquid is really a “different” approach to menthol juices and should get them to try it.
The Dark Story range is in ratio of 50 / 50 it is well vape with a good production of steam for users initiated.
As usual with Alfaliquid, which is not a leader by chance, there is no need to worry about product safety. And this juice could also be suitable for the greatest number since it is also offered in the “classic cocktail” range in PG / VG ratio of 64/36 at prices that are always reasonable.
In short, here are many elements to quickly make an opinion.
