Comments on the packaging
One would have thought that this White Winter was just a fresh mint, the name is misleading because it is a mint certainly, but not as fresh as the name implies. Flavor Art offers a juice packaged in a transparent plastic bottle with a capacity of 10ml.
This bottle is not completely flexible because it is in fact in two parts. On the top of the bottle the material is flexible enough to allow the liquid to flow by pressing, but on the bottom, the rigidity does not allow it. Its cap is closed by a tab that must be broken the first time it is used and its opening requires pressure on each side. The cap adjoining the cap (on hinge) is opened by lifting it up, thus, we have access to the dropper and it is impossible to lose this cap, cap, pourer assembly.
The base constituting the juice is 60/40 PG / CG, of which 10% consists of aromas, water, nicotine.
The nicotine dosages offered for Coco are: 0, 4.5, 9 and 18mg / ml. My vial for this test is 4.5mg / ml. This flavor is also available in a non-nicotine concentrate.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects
Despite the presence of distilled water, which in no way detracts from the salubrity of the liquid, the safety aspects are on the whole quite correct for this liquid, whose label is entirely in French even if this White Winter is an Italian product. . All health, legal and safety aspects are respected with the usual precautions, the danger pictogram, the presence of the laboratory address as well as the distributor's contact details and a telephone number for a consumer service to be contacted in case of need. However, to fully meet the legal obligations to come (2017), the pictograms concerning the prohibition to pregnant women and the prohibited sale to minors are lacking, in addition to the inscribed mention, in red for the second.
The embossed marking feels particularly good on the bottle by passing the finger, it is completely transparent and takes the quarter of the label.
In a blue box we also distinguish the batch number with an optimal use-by date. The PG / VG dosage and the nicotine level are visible on the label, as well as the name of the product and the laboratory that designed it.

Comments on the packaging
The packaging is not extraordinary on the contrary, but correctly developed with codes. It is divided into two equitably shared parts.
A first graphic plan highlights the name of the laboratory, partly underlined by two bands of color on both sides, to signify the nicotine level which is also inscribed (green in 0mg / ml, light blue in 4.5mg / ml dark blue 9mg / ml and red for 18mg / ml). Then we see the name of the liquid placed on a background of color proper to his taste, White Winter is in shades of green and white to remind his taste. Finally, at the bottom is the capacity of the bottle and the destination of the product (for electronic cigarettes).
The other side of the label is for the inscriptions which indicate the precautions for use, provide the ingredients, the various dosages, the contactable services and the danger pictogram which takes up a large part of the label surface.

Comments on the taste of the juice
The first smell that comes to me is that of chlorophyll, very surprised I soon drown my dripper to taste.
Phew! finally, here is a very moderate mint. No worries your throat will not freeze from the sensation!
White Winter is a mix between two mints, green and white. It is a spearmint known as “chlorophyll” which reproduces exactly the same taste as the famous chewing gum, mixed with a sweet white mint which refreshes without exaggeration. A set that goes very well, that remains soft and fresh at the same time. Not very sweet, this mint is not at all disgusting, it lasts in the mouth for almost a minute, which is to say the beautiful moderation shown by Flavor Art on its recipe.
The balance is almost perfect since no flavor takes over the other, they mingle without complex by letting each express themselves, it is a success for this liquid, which nevertheless remains in ordinary flavors and well known.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
It's a liquid that does not move too much depending on the power. The only downside, by heating too much, chlorophyll tends to fade, even if it is still present, it is the white mint that takes over.
The hit is consistent with the rate of 4.5 mg / ml displayed on the bottle, with a correct and average vapor production which corresponds perfectly to a base liquid 60 / 40PG / VG.

My mood ticket on this juice
White Winter is not a strong mint at all, on the contrary, it is a sweet surprise that combines chlorophyll with the moderate freshness of a spearmint and menthol. No extreme in this liquid, nor in sugar, nor in violent cold bursts.
A pleasant taste which perfectly reproduces already known and very popular flavors, which does not offer this liquid a great originality but I do not feel any false taste note, nor any parasite on its base, and since it is a product of entry level, so why not consider it allday.
The steam is rather dense, the common packaging and the conformity is good, this White Winter is not exceptional certainly but very successful.
