With the success of his previous dripper, the famous Wasp, Oumier proposes us a new evolution which adopts the name of VLS.
A single or double coil dripper that can be mounted either vertically or horizontally, which is the first innovation brought by this new atomizer, we will see the other below.
A dripper 24, made to accommodate good resistance so it seems naturally optimized for the manufacture of cumulonimbus but its plateau and its airflow system suggest that it may be necessary to see other qualities for this new VLS.
And frankly, at € 21,90 we do not take a great risk to test it. With such a price, Oumier is positioned very favorably against the competition, so let's see what this small Chinese manufacturer offers us because, if in addition to being inexpensive, it works well, it is the insured box.

In terms of design, the VLS adopts a rather wise form.
A diameter of 24mm, 37 mm high, we are in fairly standard dimensions for this type of product.
The lines are simple, the originality is found in the use of PEI (a heat resistant polymer) for the barrel, transparent, white, orange or opaque black.
At the top, there is obviously a drip-tip, it is 810 type and is manufactured in the same material as the barrel. It is quite thick and its inner surface adopts a slightly flared shape.
The barrel and the top-cap are one, in fact these two elements happen to be inseparable.
A chrome ring delimits the top-cap from the rest. The barrel has a light engraving with the name of the atomizer, it is pierced with two series of five holes arranged like the dots of the number 5 on a six-sided die.
These two groups of airholes are diametrically opposed, they are to be aligned with series of similar holes drilled in the two mounting posts of the plate.
Finally, at the base, there is a series of three seals to ensure the maintenance and tightness of the body of the atomizer. The chromed metal base is decorated with an alignment of small engravings that form a frieze.
Under the barrel, we discover an original assembly plate. Two good size posts, we notice two anchor points for the cables on each of them, placed in opposite corners. Between the two, there is a large square-shaped opening, which gives access to the removable 1,5 ml tank. We immediately see a good reserve in classic use and then, we quickly imagine the advantage that this configuration offers in bottom feeder mode.
21,90 € for all that, the deal seems good to me, even if I'm not a fan at all of the transparent plastic barrel, I'm old school and I prefer steel but frankly, considering the price, I wouldn't dare make it a demeaning argument.

Our VLS is therefore designed to receive single or double coil assemblies that can be mounted either vertically or horizontally.
The posts on the board are therefore quite original. The fixing points of the coils are placed in opposite corners on each post. These very massive posts are drilled, as I told you before, with five small holes that more or less line up with the similar holes in the barrel to adjust the amount of air.
The possibilities are quite numerous but we can see very quickly that our VLS is optimized for vertical coils, the central position of the tank which confirms it is really ideal to accommodate the cotton when the coils are placed in this way.
Placed thus, the filling by the drip-tip will also be favored. The tank offers a capacity of 1,5 ml which is not negligible.
Finally, no need to observe it for hours to see also that it will be very practical in bottom feeder configuration (the BF pin is provided).
The tank is removable which simplifies cleaning and “maintenance” operations. The airflow seems interesting, we imagine it aerial but we also see that the flow is well channeled and must still be precise.
A dripper which therefore does not lack interest because it seems to offer many mounting possibilities. You just have to see if the “ramage relates to the plumage”.

A massive 810 drip-tip that meets the fashionable standards at the moment. It protrudes 7mm above the top-cap and seems adapted to the possibilities of our VLS. Too bad there is no alternative offered in the pack, we would have liked perhaps an 510 adapter for those who would like to use it in a wiser way but we will not abuse either because I remind the price a new one times: € 21,90!

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
A small thick cardboard box, predominantly black, serves as a case for this inexpensive dripper. Here, we are not allowed the traditional photo of the product. We find the VLS logo with its small rocket and the logo of the Oumier brand placed here and there, on several sides of our small box.
There are also links to the brand's official pages on social networks and, of course, the legal notices and the scratch authentication code.
Inside, a dense foam support accommodates our atomizer. Below, we find the various accessories supplied with: a T-screwdriver, coils, seals, spare screws for posts, cotton and BF pin. We will also find a small notice pictured but not translated.
The pack is very complete and frankly, again, nothing to say given the price.
Appreciations in use

Reviewer's comments on the use of the product
The VLS is relatively easy to implement. The instructions provided explain to you, using diagrams, the main steps for fitting the coils.
The posts are easy to access, so assembly is rather easy, especially if you place your coils in a vertical position. As I like to complicate my life, I chose to install them in a horizontal configuration, a solution a little more delicate, but not at all insurmountable.
The cotton can be placed without asking any questions, the access to the tank being of a very nice size. The 1,5 ml tank offers an honorable reserve for the category but it is clear that it is also ideal for bottom feeder use.
Single or double coils, it's up to you but whatever your choice, our VLS will be able to offer you great benefits in terms of flavor definition. The air flow contributes to this, the airflow system offers good adjustment possibilities and it allows the production of a dense and homogeneous vapor. The taste image that comes to me to translate this flow is creaminess.
A pleasant dripper to use and, as I have already said, a product offering many possibilities with which you will inevitably find your “sweet spot”.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
Hard to blame anything on this VLS. Indeed, with a floor price around 20 €, this dripper offers great benefits.
The air flow is well controlled by the system chosen, it allows the production of a tasty vapor that I would describe as “fleshy”. Steam, it produces en masse, no problem, but I don't think that it is optimal for “cloud contests”. It does not seem to me made for very high powers in view of the airholes. For me, it finds its range of use between 30 and 80W depending on your assemblies.
Finally, its removable 1,5 ml tank benefits from a large central opening, ideal for receiving your wicks whether in classic or BF configuration.
In use, it is quickly controllable for a seasoned vaper.
I have still not become a fan of “plastic”, too present for my taste on this product but, quite frankly, I cannot help but award it a top atomizer which salutes a high-performance, innovative and efficient product, capable of 'offer high-end sensations at a minimal price.
If you are passionate and you are looking for a good dripper but you fear for your household because your partner or your companion is tired of your reckless spending, opt for the VLS and everyone will be happy.
