Your e-liquid vial is made of 10ml transparent PET, the only volume that can be marketed (containing nicotine), this option will not protect the content of the UV radiation, even if the plasticized label covers 85% of the surface exposed bottle. The bottle is equipped with an original closure system. In the upper part the cap is provided with a tab to remove, sign of a first opening. It is closed by an attached hood that you will have to squeeze laterally and lift to reveal a fine-tip dropper.
This technical originality is "homologated" but poses in my opinion a concern for efficiency, as for its child safety. You will see this for yourself and make sure you do not leave your vials of juice at their fingertips, this is the best guarantee of safety.
The label is complete on the written informative regulatory aspect, as for the precautions for use, but it lacks 2 pictograms shortly mandatory (2017): prohibited to less than 18 years and not recommended for pregnant women.
The set is a bit difficult to decipher because arranged in such a way, that the writings are tiny, the reduced surface of the bottles of 10ml would require a less "fuzzy" organization.
In any case, the note in this section is affected only by the presence of distilled water.

Comments on the taste of the juice
We are on a blond tobacco very slightly spiced, and sweet without excess, probably more by the natural flavor of the VG than by adding greedy aroma. A smell of Django to roll to describe in a context of smoking.
In the vape, the perfume of blonde is honestly restored, with a measured or even weak power, with the values of normal heaters. The taste does not last longer in the mouth, the dosage and the nature of the flavored ingredients are for many.
At 4,5 mg / ml, the hit is light but sensitive to the values of power corresponding to your assembly, it will increase indeed, with the rise in heating.
With 40% of VG we will not expect to produce a large amount of steam, this is the case with this juice, but it is also not dramatic, a higher power can offset this deficit (at the price higher consumption).
Yet it is in the way that you will get the fullest sensations, but favoring a tight vape to concentrate the flavor.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
It is a juice that is vaped warm to hot, in any type of ato. The tight clearomizers with proprietary coils, even first generation (type eVod, T2) will in my opinion be the best suited to this liquid, and preserve from too fast consumption. A dripper experience will also be to try, to obtain a more precise restitution and more taste power, during a moderately aerated vape.
I would tend to recommend an assembly in SC around an ohm, and a power up to 25% above the value recommended for a hot result close to the sensations of our old habit.
Virginia is not a juice that clogs the coils quickly, it is clearly not intended for cumulonimbus hunters.

My mood ticket on this juice
This liquid is a realistic classic and almost greedy, its softness of blond tobacco little dosage may seem bland to a regular but it is nevertheless pleasant to vape. Absolut Vapor, the French distributor of Flavor Art, offers all these aromas in non-nicotine concentrates, which will allow amateurs to concoct preparations in more "viscous" bases at slightly more loaded dosages.
Virginia as it is proposed to us here, is a juice to try, to adopt it or to consider it in DiY to your taste.
It is in any case one of my favorites of the range, even if it lacks a little personality, it reminds me of my debut in the vape, which sounded the end of my addiction to smoking ... it's been three years that lasts.
