The first thing that stands out is the weight of the box. Built in a zinc alloy and covered with black silicone, the Twisted Messes knows how to make itself felt by displaying a nice 285gr empty on the scale. A heavyweight in its class.
Although heavy, it offers an excellent grip with the silicone coating preventing slippage.
To ensure flawless contact, the box has a 24 Carat locking system with the most efficient locking locks and 24 carats gold-plated switches.

In addition to power ranging from 5 to 150w, the Twisted Messes offers a temperature control mode compatible with NI200 and titanium, only stainless steel is missing.
It will be able to shoot from 0.05Ω but will only be able to send 150w with resistances between 0.09 and 0.30Ω for 8.4v maximum.

Well, we'll be easy, I love this box!
Beautiful (everything is relative), big and powerful, the Twisted Messes does what these designers did: send heavy!
150w of usable power from 0.09Ω, 24 carat gold plating on all contacts and switches, a silicone body like a Californian to ensure impeccable grip and a very efficient battery retention system. A specification thick but respected in the word ready.
We may regret, however, a temperature control a little lightweight support resistive (even if, personally, this feature does not interest me), an electronics a bit energy consuming and the lack of USB port.
Even if it is still preferable to recharge your batteries on a dedicated charger, a USB port is always useful when your batteries are empty and when you are on the move, but Dovpo has decided that it is not necessary to provide one. .
But for the rest, it's all good!
